Everything about their operation was professional, especially compared to other companies I solicited. They were friendly and easy to talk to, and quoted me what I felt like was a very fair price. Despite not having a luxury vehicle, Jason's attention to detail was most impressive, reworking and reworking the damaged area until the initial damage was invisible. You can tell he isn't satisfied with doing a job halfway, as he didn't stop until it was perfect. With having personal experience in auto detailing and automotive design & engineering myself, I was very impressed at the results of what they were able to achieve. VERY pleased with Pro Dent! From the first point of contact Jason was very professional, knowledgable and accommodating. He quoted me a price and told me to call back when I was ready to have the 'dings' removed. I contacted him 2 days later and the very next day Adam came out to my job and did an AMAZING job. I had a minor dent in the hood of my car back in June or July. Jason was recommended to me by someone else so I thought I'd give it a shot. I called him and he informed me he was working on a lot of hail damage at the moment so call him back in a couple weeks. I called him back a few weeks later, he remembered who I was and told me to swing by for him to take a look at it. Keep in mind this is a hot summer day and he indeed took a look at it and fixed the minor dent perfectly. You couldn't even tell it was dented at one point. The guys from pro dent were so nice and professional. They even explained to me that they were not sure if they could fix the dent. They told me if they couldn't fix it they would not charge me. Jason and his team are amazing as far as i am concerned. i had multiple dents, not dings, and they made them disappear. The damage was significant enough that he said he wasn't sure he could fix it.
