Still the greatest little bike shop around... Even though they had to move several hundred yards down the road, they have not lost any of there hospitality and charm... They still have all of it and more.. Everything I have grown to expect from them. From quick fixes to tune ups, they do it rite and quickly... A great assortment of parts, clothes and bikes... And still the best beer selection in Ocala... Want to ride Santos Trails but don't have a bike??? No problem.. Rent a quality bike here.. Camping at Santos park??? They have all types of camping supplies. Even fire wood and ice... There are other bike shops nearby but none as good as these guys and gals... #1 in my book... read more

I have been to Greenway many times over the years. They know what they are doing and have fair prices on both repairs and bikes.

I come from Jax often for the weekend to ride all that Santos has to offer and always stop in here either it's for some new gear, a rental, or, most importantly of course, their delicious selection of that post ride elixir that is craft beer. Their staff is always super nice. For example, today I bought a pair of mtn bike shoes from them, and there was some minor discoloration on the side of one of the soles. Without me asking, the employee gave me a great discount. That's the essence of customer service. Doing the right thing without your customer asking. What a great place to ride a bike!! Several trails for different riding styles! Good for beginners as well as pros! There is a mini trail with small ramps and rocks right at the parking lot - it's a good idea to warm up little bit. Great experience, affordable price! Got myself a full suspension mountain bike for $50 for the whole day! (GP Verb. Not listed in price list for some reason) very happy with my experience. Will definitely be back. Wow where can I start. Well I decided to take a road trip from Miami to sight see and ride the trails at Santos trailhead Park. I'm new to the sport so I have yet to get a bike. So I needed to rent a bike so I did some research and the first one I found was called Santos bike shop. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM because they charge $900 deposit to rent a full suspension. So I was a little upset because I really wanted to ride the trails on a full suspension bike. Well luckily I found this bike shop that it literally across the street from the park. They open at 10am and they were already open at 9:45am. So I walked in and was greeted right away from the 2 guys working there. Ask what I needed and let them know I needed a bike. They said no problem and started to charge me $20 for 2 hours on a hardtail. So I asked if they had full suspension I can rent and he said yes we do. I got so excited when he pulled a beautiful 9iner 29inch full suspension bike. I was even more impressed when the worker asked me my weight so he can set the bike up perfect for me. Had me sit on the bike to make sure and he explained how the full suspension worked. I was charge $60 for 2 hours. As soon as I got to the trails I was in heaven even though I got lost lol. It was amazing to ride a full suspension through the trails. I forgot to mention the bike also had a drop post seat. Like I said this bike rental place is the best experience I had in Ocala. I ended up renting the bike for 4 hours and doing 14 Miles. I was only charge $70 for the 4 hours. I must say thank you so much to the 2 workers that I encountered and this bike shop. You guys really made my trip special as I will be back. read more

I was looking for a bike shop when I visited the Santos Trail head and found Greenway super close to the entrance. I demo'd a bike for a couple of hours and when I returned it, I was floored by their craft beer selection! I had been so focused on hitting the trail I completely missed the cooler. We ordered a paddleboard over the phone as advertised on their website. The company said they would charge us half, and then charge the other half when we picked it up as we were driving all the way from South Carolina to pick up this specific model and color. They charged us full price. Upon arrival they did not have the correct color and couldn't care less. We explained how far we had driven and how disappointed we were, but they offered no sympathy. Owner could not care less either. We even contacted the sister store, and they essentially told us we could take what they have or leave it. They do not even carry what was advertised on the site. Had an awesome experience at this shop. I had a bike shipped direct from Diamondback to a shop closer to home, not realizing it was a roadie shop. The build was less than awesome. I ended up driving 1.5 hours to Greenway where TJ and Steve went over my bike and corrected a few issues, set sag and adjusted pressure. They even went over shock settings and educated me on my first FS. Super stoked on my new bike now! Also, you can have a beer and hang out after a ride which is super amazing. Dano at Greenway cycles was very nice and helpful at a recent transaction for me. He helped me by brokering and shipping a rare bike that I found on Ocala's craigslist. Small bike shop and market right across from Santos campgrounds, biking mecca for Florida. They have a small repair shop, side section with essentials (including local craft beer!), bike rentals and some bike gear. I like that you can drink a cold brew in the store while the kiddos have their ice cream. They have a little of everything without having much of anything. The atmosphere is laid back and the workers friendly. Just what you'd expect from a little road-side bike shop like this one. read more

What a great bike shop! The staff is beyond helpful; from giving directions to fixing a rear derailleur they had me taken care of in no time. Talk about convenient- they are right next to the Santos trailhead so it was also a perfect place to end our ride and try out some of the cold beverages they sell also. read more
