Rick said they could have it to us in a few days, however we were going out of town. Rick said he would do what he could to get it to us before we left town. Late that afternoon my wife received a phone call from Rick who said they had assembled the bike and he would drop it off at the house for us. Around 6:00 PM Rick delivered the bike to the house. Trailside Bicycles just finished replacing tires on my recumbent bike yesterday. I was told the job…read morewas easy and the parts available in the store when I dropped the bike off. The manager said he would do the job the first thing the next day. After two days and no word from the shop, I called and was curtly told by the manager that my bike was not ready. When I asked for a new ETA, the owner told me he had no idea and would call when the work was finished. Instead of a one-day turnaround, my bike was in that shop for 6 days. When I arrived to pick the bike up, the same manager not only provided no apology for the length of time to replace the tires, he acted like he had done me a favor to get the work done at all. This was my second time doing business with this shop over the past year with almost identical results both times. I will avoid the shop in the future.
