Why were they unable to accommodate us? We didn't make an appointment for the maintenance on the used bike, which is reasonable, so we asked about trading in our used one. The answer was a flat NO because the owner has to make the deal, so I asked if we could call the owners and make a deal. The answer was a more affirmative NO. This is supposedly a retail outlet? Really? Maybe they are, but while the guy was all about telling me NO, another guy was still trying to upsell my husband on a deal that was already shut down by his colleague, so we were then told how uncomfortable my used bike is and how we should buy a new one. After being told to take a number on maintenance. DO NOT tell me how your product, sales, and service are quality while refusing my business. Village Cycles in Paddock Square seems a bit too uppity for what they purport to offer, so I went to TREK bicycles in Wildwood and spent $1600 and feel much, much better about the product, sales, and service because I actually received RESPECTFUL sales, and service! If you're serious about making a real quality purchase with people who want to listen to you and offer service, DO NOT GO TO VILLAGE CYCLES in Paddock Square!

The gentleman texted me and said he had just finished a bike assembly and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come out for our appointment that was scheduled for 12 to 2. I disagreed with him and told him it was for 12 noon and that I had found someone else. He became obnoxious and said he was going to bill me and send me to collections for what I don't know. I'm guessing this guy has not been in business very long. And I doubt if he will be in business very long
