We waited 6 hours for a tow service and then dealer reports over $9k worth of damage to…read moremy sway bar, under carriage etc. Both insurance adjuster & independent mechanic agree it was caused by towing company when they pulled my XC40 onto the flatbed. This cost had absolutely nothing to do with the reason the car had to be transported back to the dealer. This towing service was through Volvo roadside assistance. Buy your own and don't chance using them. The chances of them owning this damage.... worst experience and equally bad Volvo customer care. Don't buy a Volvo.
