My car was towed here the other day (which I was not happy about) but they made a bad situation much better by providing excellent customer service. My car received some minor damage during transport, which I spoke to Tom (the owner) and his wife about. They were both very helpful and assisted me in fixing the damage without question. Hannigans was AMAZING. I almost totaled my car back in February, and it was a very stressful time. Since I was injured, Tom made sure to get me in a comfortable car(Infinity) from enterprise. I would like to thank Ann who helped me out on Friday afternoon, on 287. My car ran out of gas and I was heading to the gas station off the highway. Ann saw me and made a call to one of her tow trucks to help me from getting my car towed and the that would of cost me money and time. I got stuck on 287 and was told that Hannigan's was the only tow company authorized to operate on that road. A bit inconvenient, but much worse when I got the bill since it was about 50% higher than what I would have paid to my insurance company provider. Not much that I could have done, but I hate the "monopoly pricing model". read more

My car was impounded by port Chester police I get it I didn't pay my parking tickets cool . I paid my tickets then I go over to Hannigan's My husband was there at 8 am he spoke to the owner who said my bill was one price and for him to come back before his wife came into work . Well he was right we come back to pay the money we owed and it went up in price . The owners wife is a heave set woman with blond hair ! This woman was rude and nasty ! I work in the community so I know good customer service . She accused me of asking for an employee discount from one of her employees I don't know any one who works for her company . She was yelling at me and even disrespected me . I would of recommended this company but after I was treated by the owners wife I wouldn't even called them if I needed a tow ! I know a lot of people and I'm sorry the customer is always right even when wrong ! This woman has no class speaking to people like that ! Never in my life was I treated poorly by Hannigan's before her husband is a better person to deal with . My car was towed in July he worked with me and was very polite to me like your supposed to be to a customer ! I give this 1 star by how I was treated by his wife ! She needs a class or 2 in customer service !!! read more
