Names were misspelled in the letter to heirs, and the closing statement contained multiple errors as well. Communication and follow-through were poor. I had to raise concerns about responsiveness more than once, and one document never reached the courthouse until I chased it down. When I disputed the accounting, I was told there would be a follow-up, but it never happened. After the case closed, the attorney's tone became snippy and unprofessional.
