The installers were very nice and did a quick and efficient job and left the property cleaner than they found it. Simple things like putting the dirt from the post holes in low spots in the yard made a difference. I also really liked that the fence wasn't pre-built panels. The slats were cut but everything was stick built - including the gates. They also use cedar wood - instead of simply pressure treated pine. That will make the fence last longer, it's more attractive and it gives my yard that wonderful cedar smell.

We had several contractors come to our home to measure and give quotes, and NONE responded. It was so frustrating. My husband noticed a Custom Design truck (very clean by the way) in a parking lot by our house and tapped on the window and asked if he could come help us. The next week things started to come together! Steve came out, was VERY kind and honest, and Karen (his wife) sent us a quote. Finally- someone will to take our money! :-) They are very busy so it was not an immediate start date, BUT once they got going, we were informed of every step along the way! We remodeled our master bath, took popcorn ceilings down in the lower level, had wall paper removed, painting done, and new balusters and railing made for our staircase. We are SO HAPPY with how it all turned out, and NOTHING is sub-contracted so they have their pulse on everything going on! The contractor, Eddie was very pleasant and nice to work with; so I hired him under contract to…read morerepair the leaks in the gutter over my sunroom. He did come originally when he stated he would, and brought a worker with him. They supposedly repaired the leaks, stating that he stood behind his work, and that he would come back if the leak continues and fix it at no extra cost to me until I was satisfied that the gutters no longer leaked on the outside and inside of my sunroom. It still leaked. He returned once, took a look, stated that the under plywood was wet from rain due to the leak and once it dried, within a few days; there would no longer be a leak since he repaired the gutters; no more rain could get in. He promised me that! Several Weeks later, the leak continues. He has not returned, and no longer answers my text messages. F/U, The Contractor Eddie contacted me today, and refunded me a fair amount of the money I'd paid him, and apologized for not contacting me last week as promised. Of course the gutter problem has still not been resolved.
