Snow's office during lunch hours, AKA, my convenience at the expense of his and that of his staff members.

I learned about Montrose Advanced Dentistry through word of mouth and I'm so glad I did…read more I haven't had the best experience over the past year or so seeking a dentist. So learning about this dentist office and having a great first time experience brought me lots of ease, peace, and comfort. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and I was met with warmth. Scheduling was easy, and efficient. Thank you to the wonderful team - Ishita, Rovella, Ali, and Dr. Rami! I will be back.

I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets…read morecosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

A warning to anyone considering this office: Look elsewhere unless you want severe oral trauma,…read morepatient abandonment, and deceptive billing practices. I came to BLVD Dentistry Heights for a routine crown replacement. Their own baseline clinical charts from my initial visit documented "Generalized 1-3mm" pocket depths and zero structural issues--meaning my gums were 100% healthy before they touched my teeth. Over a grueling two-month period, Dr. Liu subjected me to multiple failed, repetitive procedures because the clinic could not properly fabricate or seat the crown. Instead of addressing the technical errors, the solution was to perform multiple painful, invasive gingivectomies, cutting away my healthy gum tissue. I was left in chronic pain with intermittent gum bleeding--and I am STILL stuck in a temporary crown. When the damage progressed, the local office completely ignored my phone calls and escalations for almost a full week, completely abandoning me in a medical crisis and forcing me to seek independent care elsewhere. To make matters worse, while they were ignoring my pain, they actively billed my insurance provider for a completed permanent crown that was never successfully finished or seated. When I bypassed the local office and escalated this nightmare to their corporate parent entity (MB2 Dental), they immediately backpedaled, retroactively withdrew the insurance claims, and offered a refund--while simultaneously trying to claim my injuries were due to a "pre-existing condition." Their own clinical records prove that is an outright untruth. This practice is a combination of clinical negligence, active patient abandonment, and deceptive billing. A formal disciplinary complaint has been officially filed with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Protect your health and go somewhere else.
