Dr. Snow is a great dentist. Gentle, concerned about you, professional, thoughtful, thorough and overall efficient. I have been going to Dr. Snow for over 25 years and would not ever consider going to another dentist. He and his staff, have helped me through some difficult dental issues with professionalism and efficiency. If he can't do the procedure, he will refer a specialist who will do a great job, as well. I've been seeing Dr Snow for nearly 14 years since I first moved to Houston. His staff, especially Briana, treat me like family and the feeling is mutual. In that time, I've managed to maintain good oral health and never been pushed to do any extra procedures other than 6 monthly cleaning. BEST DENTIST EVER! He is so kind, staff is excellent. Convenient location for downtowners. I came to him for a second opinion after I was told I had 6 cavities.... he concluded I had 1.... and responded to me "too many business men out there, not enough doctors". I couldn't have said it better myself. Just a great, honest doc! I told the office manager, Kendall, I needed an appointment by the end of the month, my insurance was not going to be valid after that, even with Dr. Snow's busy schedule she assured me it would happen. The best dentist I've ever had. This guy is very, very personable, and he puts you at ease before fillings. He is also great about explaining to you what he sees in your x-rays or what's going on in your mouth. Terrible customer service experience.... I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and there was no staff around at all. It was completely empty for 20 minutes, went past my appointment time and I still had not checked in or even spoken with any staff. I knocked on the door and someone came and said that she would let them know that I'm there. After waiting 40 minutes without any information, someone comes and says that "someone" should have come to tell me that they are running behind. At this point they are 30 minutes late for my appointment and are just now communicating this to me. When I asked how much longer it will be I was told unconvincingly that it might be another 15 minutes. Those 15 minutes passed and still no one showed up and there was still no one at the desk to even ask or reschedule with. If you are going to be late to my appointment, especially when it will be over an hour, the least you can do is call me ahead of time to give me the option to not waste my time showing up and reschedule me to another time. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Snow and his dental office. I've been going to Dr Snow for the past 8 years. Wonderful, competent and friendly receptionist and office manager. Likewise for the dental hygienist. I've never had any difficulty getting appointments that fit my need and schedule. Dr Snow is vey honest about what work needs to be done, and performs it in a very experienced and professional fashion. He never pushes doing a procedure, and instead explains why the procedure may be needed. I've never felt he was suggesting a procedure unnecessarily. I felt pressure from my previous dentist to have some procedures done that I thought were unnecessary, including putting in a couple of crowns. Dr. Snow was able to fix those teeth, saving me a lot of money, and also keeping all my original teeth intact. Awesome, awesome dentist. Dr. Snow's office is conveniently located in the central-ish area of downtown, which seems to be within walking distance from most office locations (it helps a TON that his office is only a mile away from where I work). As a result, I've scheduled all my appointments at Dr. Snow's office during lunch hours, AKA, my convenience at the expense of his and that of his staff members. Despite being probably very hungry, the staff has always greeted me respectfully and courteously, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes before being seen. That said, both Dr. Snow and his hygienists work very efficiently, and, barring any issues of discussion, I'm usually in-and-out of his office within an hour. Dr. Snow himself is GREAT- friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to converse with. He also does a great job of pointing out things to watch out for before the next visit. He does his job and does it well, which definitely puts me at ease. :) Convenient office location for downtown workers, incredibly nice and friendly staff, and an awesome and caring dentist. Honestly, the best dentist I've ever had. I moved around frequently for my job right out of college, and it was always hard to find a good dentist. The last dentist I went to before moving to Houston was in Manassas, VA, and it was a bad experience. They claimed to need to fill several teeth, but the experience was painful for weeks. Then, the fillings started to come out less than a year later, but luckily by this time I was in Houston and had found Dr. Snow. My fillings coming out prompted me to find a dentist nearby, and Yelp pointed me to Dr. Snow. I was glad my insurance complied! They got me in last minute and were super friendly and helpful. Dr. Snow was amazing by how poorly my last fillings were done and ended up fixing several of them, and I have had any sensitivity in my teeth since then. I trust Dr. Snow and his staff's opinions completely; I'm so thankful to have found such a great dentist! read more

I went to this dentist office for its convenience in the downtown area and because of the review on here. I'm glad I did! Location: The suite is actually on #3760 which is so high you have to take two elevators! If you don't mind that, as I don't, it's worth the trip! New Patient Appointment: The appointment process was great! Within TWO days I received the new patient papers in the mail and filled them out before my appointment. Office Staff: I arrived to be greeted by a friendly staff! The wait time was only a few minutes and the wait music is a nice blend. Cleaning: The hygienist, Bree, was an absolute delight! She was not only personable but very knowledgeable, polite, and made sure I understood what she was doing every step of the way! They had the latest in X-Ray software and she took my entire new patient X-Rays from the patient chair; I didn't even have to get up! Dentist: Dr. Snow makes you feel like you talking to someone you've known for years! He put me at ease right away and explained my X-Rays and gave me a great consultation. He was genuine and took his time to explain things to me. I appreciate this because in the past doctors have been very cold and brief with me and he was the complete opposite. This office is very inconsiderate and does not follow-up with appointments. I had to be scheduled for some fillings..never got a call back. This morning I was late about 15 minutes (mind you, last time I was at the office I sat and waited for 15-20 minutes) and they told me that I had to re-schedule. Very inconsiderate and not very patient friendly. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody.On a side note---- If you do decide to go to this office you need to pay for parking at their building since they do not validate parking for their own patients. read more

Went in on a couple of occasions. Even with advance appointments the delay was absurd. However, the service was always good. My major complaint is their inability to bill in a timely manner. I went in for a service in January, and received a bill in August for a service performed in January. I thought I had paid for it in full at time of service and received no other notice that payment was needed until August. read more

But the best part is the timely manner in which they keep their appointments running and the compassionate and professional manner that the staff has. After multiple procedures, I have found them to be funny, personable, and very concerned about their patients' comfort. This guy is awesome. I went to the dentist because my orthodontist recommended him and I'm so glad I did. I needed fillings and a deep cleaning. Dr. Snow is so nice and he really makes you feel comfortable (well as much as possible since he is sticking his hands in your mouth). His hygenist is also really nice. They both explained everything to me and took the time to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on. I have been three times now and I never have to wait very long. They're so nice and covered by my insurance. What more could you ask for? It does take a while to get an appointment, but sometimes they have openings because someone cancels. read more
