Instead of showing any understanding, I was told I would be charged a $145 cancellation fee -- even after offering to provide a doctor's note confirming the medical situation. The office refused to accept it and said I could not reschedule unless I paid the fee. When I reviewed the financial agreement, it only listed a range of possible fees -- it did not state that the charge was mandatory or specify exact amounts for missed appointments. When I asked for additional documentation or written policy to support their decision, I was told none existed. For a healthcare provider, I find this lack of compassion, flexibility, and transparency very disappointing. Medical issues are often unpredictable, and I expected a much more understanding and professional approach from a dental office. Unfortunately, this experience showed otherwise.

The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. She's rude, bitchy & knows there will be zero repercussion as the doctor is her husband. There is no more $$$ to be made on me. They already robbed me and now won't follow through on THEIR workmanship.
