For the application, the stylist got color spots all over my face. It was probably one of the messiest applications I've ever experienced. Then, when I asked to be re-seen to get my hair done since it looked like nothing had been done to my roots, they tried to convince me that I NEEDED bleach to lighten my hair (which would've cost me additional hundreds of dollars). Mind you, I have a dark brown hair color. Some time has passed and I've consulted multiple hair stylists and they all confirmed I DO NOT need bleach to get my roots the same color. When I complained to the owner, she said I needed to wait for the sun to lighten my hair?? Which is completely absurd. 2 months later and to no shock, my roots aren't lighter. My biggest issue continues to be the OWNER repeatedly canceling my appointments. This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers arrange their schedules around appointments, and our time should be respected too. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cancellations are coming from the owner herself. As the owner of a business, I would expect you to set the example when it comes to reliability, communication, and customer service. If a customer repeatedly canceled appointments, I'm sure it would be considered unacceptable and they could potentially be charged a cancellation fee. So why should customers be expected to simply accept repeated cancellations from the business? I have tried to be patient, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should have to tolerate. I am leaving this review because this was genuinely my experience, and other customers deserve to know what they may encounter when booking here.
