I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful their office was and how nice their office staff was. My boyfriend had an appointment to pick KO up his Invisalign and I just so happened to accompany him and I'm so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we checked in at the front and the front desk associate was super friendly. We only waited a short time before being summoned to the back. As we walked towards the back through the hallway, I was in awe with how clean the office was and how nice even the light fixtures were lol. You can tell they had a great interior decorator. As he sat in the dental chair and was given his Invisalign, the dental assistant Ashley, was super informative. She explained everything in great detail and provided a 3D view on their computer at how his teeth look today and how they will look once the process is over. She answered every question we had and even provided some helpful insight. As we chatted along, we realized that we were both Yelp Elites so that made me even more happier. Before we left, we stopped by the bathroom and even the decor in the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and it smelled really good. Overall, we had an exceptional experience at Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics and I would recommend their services to anyone.

They have a refreshments bar with water, coffee & hot cocoa while waiting. The staff are all so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We see Dr. Frey and he has been awesome. He takes his time and he let us know the treatment plan and what's gonna happen at the next appointment and also tells us in advanced if it will be a long appt or quick. Helps me out a lot since I have to take my son during work hours. I highly recommend this orthodontics if you need braces or Invisalign or any treatment to get beautiful straight teeth. I asked if they accept my insurance and they said yes. Yet 1 day before my appointment, they called to inform me that somehow they don't accept my insurance! and therefore was canceling my appointment. I called my insurance to confirm and they said this dental office was supposed to accept my insurance and when they tried calling them, there was no response. They are so unprofessional and I guess it's a blessing in disguise that I didn't go here because who knows what kind of treatment I would get.
