They would break when he wasn't even eating it's obviously an issue of technique or the way his teeth are shaped . 2 years later and $4000 ..: we are out of The time and money . His teeth are still turned sideways , and it is obvious they can't be bothered to find a solution. I would have been happy to extend treatment or try to figure out why they keep breaking , but none of that was offered. The solution was to take them all off and send us out the door , and keep my $4000 When I asked if wee could speak to Dr Ashby , she refused . They offered me $200 credit if we DONT take the retainer , obviously I declined the retainer and the insulting refund . We will be filing a small claims case in the morning . We have an appointment with another local orthodontist tomorrow afternoon, hopefully we can get to the bottom of what they were doing wrong . I suggest you save yourself the headache and the money and find another practice.

They have another location in Virginia Beach which we also visited on few occasions. People who work here seem very happy at work despite overwhelming amount of patients in the afternoons. My boyfriend had an appointment to pick KO up his Invisalign and I just so happened to accompany him and I'm so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we checked in at the front and the front desk associate was super friendly. We only waited a short time before being summoned to the back. As we walked towards the back through the hallway, I was in awe with how clean the office was and how nice even the light fixtures were lol. You can tell they had a great interior decorator. As he sat in the dental chair and was given his Invisalign, the dental assistant Ashley, was super informative. She explained everything in great detail and provided a 3D view on their computer at how his teeth look today and how they will look once the process is over. She answered every question we had and even provided some helpful insight. As we chatted along, we realized that we were both Yelp Elites so that made me even more happier. Before we left, we stopped by the bathroom and even the decor in the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and it smelled really good. Yet 1 day before my appointment, they called to inform me that somehow they don't accept my insurance! and therefore was canceling my appointment. I called my insurance to confirm and they said this dental office was supposed to accept my insurance and when they tried calling them, there was no response. They are so unprofessional and I guess it's a blessing in disguise that I didn't go here because who knows what kind of treatment I would get.
