My boyfriend had an appointment to pick KO up his Invisalign and I just so happened to accompany him and I'm so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we checked in at the front and the front desk associate was super friendly. We only waited a short time before being summoned to the back. As we walked towards the back through the hallway, I was in awe with how clean the office was and how nice even the light fixtures were lol. You can tell they had a great interior decorator. As he sat in the dental chair and was given his Invisalign, the dental assistant Ashley, was super informative. She explained everything in great detail and provided a 3D view on their computer at how his teeth look today and how they will look once the process is over. She answered every question we had and even provided some helpful insight. As we chatted along, we realized that we were both Yelp Elites so that made me even more happier. Before we left, we stopped by the bathroom and even the decor in the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and it smelled really good. Overall, we had an exceptional experience at Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics and I would recommend their services to anyone.
