Greg has been my State Farm Insurance underwriter for several years. I met him shortly after purchasing my last truck and we were just talking and I found out by chance he was an agent. I was so comfortable with his upfront and frank manner - that I asked him to send me a quote. I have been with him ever since and I believe that is over seven years. Not only is Greg awesome - but his team member Eva is so on top of things it kinda blows your mind! Eva keeps track of your account and finds ways to save you money - or offer an additional service the office feels is helpful she will reach out. The reason for this long overdue review? I asked Greg yesterday what impact adding a second truck to my policy would have on the premium as I was debating turning my current truck over to a full time work vehicle for my employees to utilize. He immediately asked if my workers use my truck now and I answered yes. His response? Oh we need to get you a Employers Non-Ownership Liability Policy....it will cover you for any costs or damages beyond what your worker's policy covers. It is very reasonable and We will get back to you with a quote. I had a quote within 20 minutes with a follow-up email of the policy to review from the ever efficient Eva. The cost? 22.00 a month for an additional million dollars liability. I took it. That is what I like about Greg and his staff - they operate like small business and as a small business owner myself I appreciate the kindness and genuine desire to do a good job for their clients. I was recently in a minor accident and as soon as I called Mr. Owens, he offered to come out to the scene and offered his assistance. Soon after Mr. Owens followed up with me for a couple of weeks to make sure I was okay and explained to me step by step what all would happen next as far as the other insurance company and rentals etc. He answered all my calls and questions throughly.
