I was thinking about switching my insurance company from Allstate, and happened to come across James Chen at State Farm. When i went to go get a quote, I realized that James could save me so much money I was baffled. I had the most wonderful experience, everything was dealt for me and they made my time switching over seem so effortless. I had such an awesome experience i actually switched over everything from my auto, home, and got life insurance while we were at it. Even though i just met them i felt as if we were already friends! That's how friendly they were. The building was clean, and they offered me drinks, and answered all my questions without a problem. I was a longtime Farmers customer, but after one too many negative experiences with the agent and the company, I decided to switch. I spoke to other agents and read reviews, and from the first phone call with James, I felt he really stood out. He was much more knowledgeable than any other agent I had spoken to, and was friendly and responsive without being pushy. One of our concerns was getting the right amount of coverage for our home. So I looked on State farm website and Yelp to find an agent to get a quote for my Auto insurance as Geico has been increasing every 6 months and i had a clean driving record (no accidents/tickets), gave the office a call to set up an appointment with James and the communication with the staff in the office was awesome and great follow-up with me setting up a good time that worked. When I spoke to James, i can confirm his excellent rating on Yelp is well supported. I went through my information with James and got a quote and the rate was above my current rate and my other quote but James was honest about the other insurance companies. Even after knowing that I was not going with him and the State Farm quote he still spoke to me and provided additional information. On behalf of my family I would like to thank James Chen for putting together such an amazing team of agents; who go above and beyond to resolve any problems. They have made my switch very easy and saved me plenty of money. However, my biggest gratitude goes out to Karen, for helping me through my collision. She is incredibly understanding, prompt and I am not over exaggerating when I say she was by my side the whole day. From an hour after the accident until I was in the rental car, which took about six hours, Karen was one phone call away with the answers to any and all of my questions. I would like to point this out and make it clear that she did not just keep me happy by giving me the overrated customer service that you get promised from pretty much any big company.
