To ensure the highest level of customer service and avoid recurring issues, I would strongly recommend that each new customer service representatives undergo training under the guidance of individuals who have at least three years or more of experience within your company. Entrusting such a critical role to those with less experience or new to the company can inadvertently lead to ineffective training practices, potentially affecting the customer experience and long-term satisfaction. While I am unsure of the number of senior staff members or team leaders with over three years or more of their experiences, it is crucial for the growth and reputation of the company to maintain a consistent and knowledgeable customer service team. My friends and clients , unfortunately, have expressed their reluctance to communicate with your company due to similar challenges faced in the past . This is why I felt it important to reach out to you directly, hoping that under the leadership of experienced individuals, new staff will receive the right mentorship. I encourage you to consider this perspective and focus on cultivating a strong foundation of experienced leadership for the benefit of both your employees who has under 1 year of experience in your company and new your business. Don't let anyone train anyone in any business who doesn't at lest 3 years experience in any business . It is essential that the team members who are in contact with clients are not only knowledgeable but also patient, as many of them may not have previous experience in the any type of insurance industry. I truly value the potential of your company and believe that a small shift in your training process could significantly improve customer retention and satisfaction under your great leaderships and your executives who should take enough time to train new employees each day until yourself will feel comfortable as the owner . I cancelled in January in person and then through email because they couldn't find the document. Now Safeco has sent me to collections for $514 on a $62 charge because they say they need a copy of my new declaration page with my new insurance company in order to back date my cancellation in January. When I called the insurance center to complain, they want to play the "It's not us, it's them" game and wash their hands. When our auto insurance carrier stopped doing business Kamiya found us another insurer, handled the necessary paperwork, and got us enrolled completely via telephone and email. Some years later they did the same thing for us for our Homeowner's policy. Our interactions with the staff have always been very positive. And, yes, the rates we have been paying with the current insurers are great.

Initially I began with a Life Policy in June of 2017 which Eric was able to save me $1400 annually over another company for the same exact coverage with one of the big names. So when it came time to renew our auto & homeowners we compared prices and he was able to save us another $900 per year from our previous Insurance Company with more over all coverage for our home which is so important. Eric is so honest and up front and definitely will look after your best interest without trying to push un-neccessary coverage. More important when you call him he's there to answer any and all questions.
