Unlike most dentists she cares a lot about her patients comfort and works with your experience levels to make your visit is as comfortable as possible. I hadn't been to the dentist for a cavity filling in the longest time, but she made me feel comfortable, gave me ample time to numb out the teeth and gums, injected my gums very slowly and kept checking in with me at all times through out the filling procedure. She was very kind and gentle and even explained which tools she used and why she was using them, which was very informative, kept me occupied and helped pass the time quicker :)

I love that they text message appointment reminders and she has Saturday hours as well! Getting an appointment is quick and easy and there is plenty of street parking. Located just off Mass Ave, near Arlington Center, you can't get better than Dr. Esbah! Sure there are dentisis closer to where we live, but they aren't Dr. Esbah... worth the trip every time! I'm in my 40s and thought I was going to be in for a terrible time since I waited so long to get my wisdom teeth taken care of. Dr. Feldman and her team are great. Her office is super responsive and I didn't have to wait long for the surgery. Her new space in Arlington is beautiful. The procedure itself was a BREEZE. I opted to be completely sedated, so all I experienced was walking in, having a nice chat with the doctor, passing out, and waking up (happily?) with four fewer teeth. The worst part of the experience was the mouth gauze (ugh, gag), but I was able to ditch that pretty soon after I got home. BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE: I work in a medical setting, and I know that drug protocols and pain control can make or break the immediate post-op experience for a patient. Homegirl has her drugs dialed in. I was *literally* pain free for the first 48 hours after the procedure. I had to remind myself to take ibuprofen regularly to keep the inflammation down, because I didn't need it for pain right away. YES, OF COURSE, it's not comfortable to have four bleeding holes in your mouth. But it's a heck of a lot more pleasant when the worst part of your recovery is pain free, and you only start to experience the discomfort when you're over the hump. Dr. Feldman takes what should be a terrible and traumatizing experience and turns it into something that's extremely manageable. I hope I never see her again, and I am also recommending her to everyone who has also procrastinated their dental care.

While I came in fully wise (4 wisdom teeth), I left with only half of the smart chompers as expected. The entire experience was a single visit-intake, X-rays, evaluation, and dual extraction. They provided me with appropriate amounts of anesthetic and I really didn't feel anything. I didn't like the sounds (other than my choice of calming music); that's appropriate. The actual procedure was about 5 minutes long and no follow up is anticipated be needed there. A project well done. The healing process isn't too bad, either.

Dr. Jaillet fixed my tooth to perfection and I have since been back for dental maintenance, after not seeing a dentist in about 4 years. Dr. Jaillet has been very welcoming, accommodating, and exceptional at educating me on my dental health. Now onto the rest of the staff.... I have had two appointments this week to get my teeth back in tip-top shape. Rather than having to find a last minute babysitter, the gals in the office allowed me to bring in my little peanut and they happily kept her company while I had my dental work completed. The process was just about an hour for each visit and they were my lifesavers! I'm sure they didn't sign up for babysitting when they decided to work at a dental office and I whole heartedly appreciate their kindness and accommodation of my situation. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Jaillet to everybody I know! Final Thoughts.... Having not been to the dentist in quite some time, I expected to receive a scolding and perhaps not be asked back! (My teeth are NOT that bad, I'm being a bit over dramatic) However, Dr. Jaillet did not scold me but she took the time to explain the importance of regular visits to the dentist. She also took the time to educate me on what is happening inside my mouth. She thoroughly inspected my teeth and decided on a plan of action.
