The new dentist was amazing, but all in the room holding back tears as they had to address the negligence from the previous dentist office. As for me, they filled my cavities and when I told them my bite was not matching up she just randomly started drilling teeth, rolling her eyes to just shut me up . Dr Dong sent me to specialists out of some of the best dental schools in the country to look into solving the problem with implants. Both said it would not be an option as my jaw line did not have enough bone mass. Dr Dong sent me to a specialist in small implants who was doing some ground breaking work in this field. I went ahead and gave them the 10k reluctantly and they got started. During the process he cracked my jaw and suddenly no English was spoken. they didn't tell me but I felt it and said hey did you crack my jaw? After a min Dr Alex said yes and I'll fix it free. I also was told now I can't have the 3 on 6 I really wanted unless I paid 3k more. Going forward and after paying thousands I still have temporary teeth that are way too narrow and bad fitting. Dr Alex has no humanity and left me this way.
