My first time and it was a pleasant experience. Nice atmosphere plenty of seating a variety of different coffee's latte's, Hibiscus tea and pastries. The employees are nice the line moves quickly. I didn't make a purchase the next time I will try there matcha latte.

Service is fast but matcha was pretty watered down and had no flavor. Probably would just go to Starbucks instead.

I do not drink coffee of any genre or form, but I do like patronizing coffeehouses for the relaxed atmosphere to linger for work, study and a moment of phlegmatic disposition. I can linger for hours on end (if permitted) which thankfully coffeehouses do not have signage "no table hibernation." I often sit alone pondering and crying for missing my beloved late family members. This coffeehouse is located in Forest Hills, Queens where I had time before my medical appointment nearby. I came for the baked pastries and iced tea. I am always enamored for coffeehouses' baked pastries. Seating is limited for high chairs with tables. Customer service is mediocre and robotic with stolid wayward behavior as the previous reviews are accurate and truthful. Strawberry Hibiscus refresher iced tea $4.85 Certainly refreshing and delicious with pieces of dried strawberry fruit. The amount of ice was on point as my server Keny C. was not misery for ice. This drink was not overpowering sweet, but a good consistency for sweetness. I highly despise extreme sweet drinks for the high sugar content volume and agree with former NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg's limiting sugar level initiatives consumption of sugary drinks. There will always be health consequences. Chocolate chip cookie $4.10 Large, too thick with large chunks of chocolate chip and a good chew but average.

Convenient location - nearby train station. Coffee is strong (and good) and I think it's a great coffee shop for those looking for an alternative to Starbucks. Service has always been friendly.

Packed because it just opened so understandable. Was able to get a seat and work though. Food was good but nothing to write home too. Bit small I thought. The honey badger coffee was ok but the nu brew was so good. Would definitely get that one again. I'll definitely give this place another chance as its right by train/bus. Very convenient spot.

Quick and friendly. Clean, minimalist, and they have a restroom. Coffee good. They have food; cafe type options.

Very disappointed by my order from Greg's today. They usually deliver and quality is typically great. I was very excited to try their spring item, I ordered a cherry blossom matcha latte and what I received is nothing like their photo they advertised on their menu/ social media. Our cups weren't even full.

$17 with tax for a sandwich of canned tuna smaller than 3 of these small sauce cups

Charging $15 for this tiny tuna melt. Tasted like they just got it out the can and the bread was so hard it was inedible. Coffee is ok but so over priced. Prefer starbucks or paris baguette anyday over this.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. While on the outside the restaurant looks appealing, The services leaves much be desired. The blatant disrespect for customers , particularly those who don't immediately jump and order products sours the experience and that coupled with the extremely underwhelming and overpriced food round out the experience as generally negative. If you're thinking about this place, look elsewhere.

Great addition to the neighborhood! The coffee is good and the staff is professional and nice. I love coming here and I like not having to scream at a barista for a straw like some other places. There's plenty of napkins, straws, and cup holders available for everyone.

    Matcha Latte (GF V)

Baristas are super friendly and nice The first picture is a recent photo of my iced matcha latte and the second picture is from last year...the quality of their matcha has gone down significantly and has started to taste like plain milk. It's not worth it to spend so much on a bad drink. Their coffee is way better though and a good environment to study.

Hoping I don't have to chain myself to the oiler later over this mistake. Allergic to oat. Ordered almond. What a waste. Had to trash it.

Store is clean, but $3.45 for a small American hot coffee is a little pricey! Customers bring their laptops, and set up shop.

There were lots of people just on their laptops enjoying a drink or pastry. I tried a pot of the Azal Signature and it was a little sweeter than I liked. The sesame seeds added a nice nutty kick to it. I also got the Pistachio Waffle, which was a bit disappointing because it wasn't as light and fluffy as I would've liked it. It was a bit tough to cut through and eat. The place is very Instagrammable--there's even a fake tree right in the middle of the café--but personally, I think I prefer just a normal café with regular coffee. I was expecting a tart like the ones from Korean bakeries like PB or Tous les jours, what is this? 2/5 pear & orange- both are disgustingly sweet due to the white chocolate shell, wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it was white chocolate, interior is fine, creamy & mousse, there's fruit in the middle 4/5 Strawberry- really good, soft exterior, not white chocolate thank God 2/5 pistachio NY roll $6- made the mistake of ordering this on the machine, didn't expect a croissant, thought it was gonna be like a Swiss roll, pistachio icicing? Butter? On top is disgustingly sweet 4/5 Iced banana bread breve latte $8 w/ whipped cream- idk if this is banana bread flavored but it def is banana flavored, nice & strong 5/5 pesto tomato cheese danish $8- love anything with pesto & cheese, so damn good

There's one person who works behind the counter and I assume one person who is doing the cooking. I got the pancakes with blueberries with a side of bacon and the honey cinnamon latte. I heard him making jokes with customers and asking people for feedback. Now to the rest of it: service is weird and slow. When we were seated, we had to wait a little bit until receiving menus. Water wasn't automatically given to us also, so you have to ask. A woman took down our order, but later asked if we got waffles, even though I said pancakes - overall took 25 minutes to get our order of a salad and pancakes. Pancake platter came with two pancakes, two eggs, and a couple berries on the side. There's also an option to add sausage or bacon but no price there, which adds to the confusion. When we pointed it out, they removed the charge from our bill. There were maybe 3 people who stood behind the coffee bar which is kind of around a corner, making it hard to get service if you're not in their field of vision. Kind of strange there isn't a clear welcoming desk or something like that. Also, I think the menu uses AI as photos - there's a picture of a burger with fries and chips, but I don't think they serve chips. There's also a picture of cake with garlic next to it, which could be an artistic choice. We didn't get any drinks, but there was a table next to us who abandoned their full cups of Nutella lattes which was interesting.
