Further investigation with my company showed that I would have been covered for a, "rental truck up to 12,000 pounds." An insurance company can't give you coverage for a commercial vehicle on your personal policy. In this case you are renting a truck and not using it for a commercial purpose. This is obviously a scam to get you to buy their coverage for 25$. I would suggest taking your business to U-haul on King St. never a problem.

What the company does not tell you on their website is that if you decline their insurance coverage, which they sell for an additional $25, is that you will be required to call your insurance company and have them confirm that your auto insurance policy covers commercial rental trucks. The other thing is that if you drive your car there with the intention of leaving it parked while you're renting a truck, note that they do not allow you to park your vehicle there. If you're fortunate as I was, right next door is a business that had Parking available and they allowed me to park my car there for the two hours that I was gone.

We are surprised and saddened to read so many negative reviews for this uHaul on Meridian location…read more We had rented a 10 foot truck in White Rock and on return from Blaine for our move, there was a serious accident. The truck was towed to this location in Bellingham. The staff on duty were awesome - like a warm blanket wrapped around us. The four guys were very comforting in their rapport with us. They provided extra boxes, allowed us to use their trash bins and were 100% attentive the entire 6 hours we were there. We had to empty the original vehicle, which was totalled and transfer to the new one. The original was splattered with shattered glass, broken plastic bins and wooden art pieces; as well as a broken tool box spilling nails over the entire back of the truck. And the jam jars broke... The staff were compassionate with our problems and stress levels, as well as patient and ready to help with questions and service. Thank you to Connor, Dawson, Jessi, and Tomas. We always found the staff friendly, our vehicle ready to go and a very quick check out. In addition, we purchased U-Haul boxes and packing tape from inside the store and found the staff helpful with advice and they always offered to help take the box packs to my car, as they are heavy and bulky. My only criticism is the lack of space in the lot. I usually have to park my car where I'm not supposed to, but overall, I will continue to rent with U-Haul.

We just completed a job today 11/9/2021 that entailed relocating 6 Grain silos, from Whidbey Island to Arlington Washington. The driver/operator is by far the nicest and most respectable person I have met in a very long time. Never said any bad words. Friendly listens to what you have to say with respect and intent and works very efficiently and caringly. True Professionalism. Nothing was damaged. Everything went smoothly. We had 6 trucks and trailers to load and unload. His knowledge and skill allowed us to complete our tasks a full day ahead of time. Not to mention there was Zero Drama. smooth operation. I recommend them 100 Percent. Would I use them again? You bet they are my first and only call when I need this type of help. Talk about old-school values and the highest quality of service. I must have gone to the store at least 10 times over six months, and each time I was treated professionally, courteously, and kindly. They were by far the most helpful of all of the UHaul stores in the Bellingham area. I highly recommend their services.

Stay away from All Trailer service. They are dishonest and incompetent. They did axle maintenance…read moreon our fifth wheel, but after travelling 50 miles the bearing dust cap and center hub cap fell off our wheel. It cost us another $340 to get it fixed by another mobile tech. The new mobile tech also informed us that the wheel bearings did not appear to have been freshly greased or repacked because the grease was dirty. New grease was supposed to be part of the axle maintenance. The new mobile tech had to grease and repack the bearings and put a new dust cap and center cap on, which we already paid All Trailer for. The old center cap fell off and dust cap was damaged due to All Trailer not installing them correctly, and if we had not caught the problem quickly, it could have caused our axle to seize up and wrecked our trailer. While they said that they guaranteed their work, when we called them, we only got voice mail, and so we emailed them twice, making them aware of the problem. They never called back or replied to either of our emails. They completely ignored us. We wanted to work with them to correct the issues but got no response of any kind from them. While they did repair other things correctly, it is clear that they don't stand behind their work.
