Our backyard lawn is striped with different shades of grass. When asked how to resolve this problem, their response - not sure what caused it. Nothing we can do about it unless you want to pay for more black dirt and re-seeding. Every time I raised an issue the response was more money. They also stated that they have plenty of customers! Fazio's Landscaping then turned around and took me to small claims court to try and retrieve FULL balance. They did not receive the full amount, but the fact that they signed a document agreeing to reduce remaining balance and then they turn around and take me to small claims court to try and recoup FULL amount is not right! I used Rick's Landscaping for thatch removal many years ago (did an excellent job) and called Rick's to sign a contract for late in the season this year. After the first mowing I was amazed at how much better my lawn looked than after I had done it because Rick's Landscaping cut my lawn at the correct height. Then, areas were trimmed and the sidewalks and driveway (even my patio!) was cleaned with the blower. My lawns never looked this good! Although I do enjoy mowing my own lawn, it will not be easy to return to the low quality of mowing that I do after the high quality lawn care Rick's Landscaping does.
