But you know how they always give you a 25% off…read morecoupon for the store when you make a return, so I end up looking around to see if I find something I like. Kohl's is a little pricey for my tight purse LOL. But they always have lots of clearance and some sales. I typically shop the clearance rack and find at least one item to purchase. Usually it's a shirt or a pair of shorts. Over the holidays I found a Christmas sweater I liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is typically pretty organized. Plus it's a large store with lots to check out. I have also found several pair of flip-flops or sandals at this location. I also like it because it is never too crowded. And bonus it is not far from my house. I will continue to window shop and occasionally purchase a good find at this Kohl's location.

I liked that they had sizes that could accommodate my plus sized needles as well as those bigger and smaller. The styles were so cool! The even have healthcare uniforms. The household items were also a great value. I was able to buy shower curtains and shower liners. I also found really delicious candies from high end brands. This is definitely a store that was fun to look in each sections for style, sales, and great bargains. I hope to make future visits to see the new styles and products.

I purchased three pairs of Stanley-brand socks for $2.49. They are good quality and will likely last for the remainder of my program time. I was happy about the purchase! I went here around 7:45 PM and the store had five customers shopping. Three of which, including myself, were waiting in line. The cashier was having a personal conversation while ringing me up. Somewhat rude, but the cashier was able to efficiently complete her work and gave a genuine customary "have a good night." Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

Parking can sometimes be problematic at this location, just due to the amount of stores it shares a lot with and due to the shear number of people that visit the town center. Luckily we found a space and headed in. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by an associate that let us know what sales they had going on. I headed towards the back, found the shirt I had been eyeing, and was glad I decided to see it in person, because I opted to size up. The shirt was just as cute online as it was in person. When I was ready to pay, the other associate was super nice, provided my kiddo with a prize, and checkout was a breeze. Everything in the store was nicely organized and the staff were helpful.
