Sometimes at Christmas the ornaments may be temporarily out of stock, but the gift wrap, cards, and speciality gifts are always suck a great find when looking for something unique! The employees are extremely helpful with their suggestions, locating the items within the store and their wrapping the gifts for me is definitely the icing on the cake!

This location made me realize why I don't like to step foot inside Ross and haven't much in the…read morepast few years. The stores are a complete mess and disorganized. The employees while not intentionally rude, they don't tend to care about providing friendly service. I realized recently that Ross has a decent selection of sandals and as my son is growing quickly, already 3 sizes since the summer started, I wanted to spend less on flip flops and slides. Ross has decent brands for under $15 so this is why we came and I will continue to visit for that reason, but other than that I avoid Ross as much as possible. It's just to chaotic for my liking.

Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. What's really sad, is when I lived in Orlando, I was always super excited to walk into one of the two Pandora stores. I always had such fun looking over all the beads with the store employees. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

They give pretty good advice if you are looking for something in particular. Even though this is a high-end store, the sales ladies here are not in the least bit pretentious. That's one thing I really love about this store. Often when you enter high-end shops, you are met with sales associates who have their noses stuck up in the air. You will find that is not the case here. I pop in here often just to see what new styles they have, even if I'm not planning on making a purchase. Not only do I love the MK bags, but I love MK shoes. There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

I 100% understand that they can't buy everything and everything is based off of current inventory and what they can sell fast so I want to assure anybody reading this review that I am not mad about them not buying my stuff. But I am mad about is the fact they didn't make their process clear and couldn't even treat me a little bit of human decency. I would like to thank Ren and the tall young boy with wavy brown hair and light eyes who helped me out to my car with the stuff, considering I was recovering from Surgery and I was already spent in this Florida heat. Those were the only two individuals who even treated me like I was a human coming into that store versus some piece of trash just trying to get money for crack or something. What really annoys me the most about this whole experience is of course they only took my designer boutique items, but I understand why but they didn't even take the complete set. They only took certain parts of each set, leaving me with a bathing hat, but they took the bathing suit or they took the dress and left me with the bloomers. If you expect me to keep all the sets together, and I have to go through all this work to make sure everything's together then you better take the entire damn set and not just half of it. They also didn't keep the sets together on the items that they did not accept. I had to go through everything again and pair everything up. Do not expect me to have the professional courtesy to do these things and then you can't even be kind enough to do it back to me. If I were a firefighter I wouldn't step foot in this place, even if it were on fire because absolutely screw these people Also wanna say they charge outrageous prices for clothing that has been very well loved.
