When we went to court for the hearing he wasn't prepared to represent what happened even though I supplied him with evidence which would have helped my case. 4. After firing him, he refused to send me my file unless I paid him a final bill. Once I did, the file was so small that my new attorney was shocked and mentioned that I should sue him once the case was over with. Luckily for him, I didn't.
