    How they drastically changed my tickets!

    I'm a disabled black female, who has a disabled older sister. I paid extra money to sit in the front seat of the bus because of all the medical issues my sister and I have! The bus company changed our seats two times. The first time wasn't bad, it was only one row behind. But then at 2:23 PM, I got another email stating they changed the seats again. The bus departed at 2:50 PM. I went directly to the bus station desk clerk, who stated they had nothing to do with Greyhound. But she gave me the phone number and said call right away. It took forever to contact them, and when I did, they were talking about giving me a voucher. I was confused, disgusted and overwhelmed all at the same time. I just wanted to get home. Not only did they change the seats to the last row, it was next to the smelly, funky bathroom. I was so sick on that ride, I threw up two times. Between a headache and nausea, it was crazy. I was sick for the rest of the night! And now the next day a customer service representative for Greyhound is stating they will only give me a voucher for the money paid extra for the seats. I paid cash, why would you give me a voucher? I don't ever want to take this transportation again. The rep then stated I could give it to someone. I don't recommend anyone using this company. I would like my money back the same way I paid it out! The customer service representative had no customer service! He didn't care about the customer or them being a disabled person. When asking to speak to a supervisor, he stated the supervisor is very busy and I would be on hold for a while. When asking for another supervisor, he stated he only has access to one supervisor. I was on hold for 18 minutes before I decided to hang up!

    I was frustrated when my bus from Atlantic City to New York City was running an hour behind schedule, but now am trying to get on my return trip and the bus is no where to be found almost an hour after it's scheduled departure. No one has information or is helpful from other greyhound buses. Am I stranded in New York City? there is an option to take a photo for the review but there is no bus to even reference...

    Put you on ANY bus they like!

    Worst experience of my life and I paid $749.96 to be scammed and lied to and mistreated. No possible refund! No customer service, no direction, nothing! Won't even stop in my city. ‍

    Terrible! Stay away. Anything but greyhound. They are so gross; they don't clean anything. Outlets don't work. Buses squeak and you can tell are not maintained. Buses are not on time. One was 1:15 minutes late, the return one was cancelled after 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. Customer service is terrible!!!! They don't respond to your chats. Calling is worse. They will hang up on you and/or end the chat without warning, leaving you without answers and more frustrated.

    I wish i can give 0 star. Our trip supposed to be 9am, ended up going 10:50am because of the delay. Almost 2hrs delayed. Also the 10:30am bus that was schedule next to us i heard that they ended up leaving at 1pm.. Bathroom inside the bus smells terrible. Someone went to the bathroom and the whole bus starts smells disgusting. I do not recommend this bus.

    Never ever book a trip at Greyhound! Bus was scheduled at 6:00am I arrived at 5:45am just to be safe when I got at the station, a lot of people were currently stuck because apparently the bus for 1:30am didnt arrive. I waited for a few more minutes, hours and lo and behold finally there was an employee from the ticketing office. I asked him what happened and he just said, oh our driver never showed up so either you wait or go back tomorrow or get a refund. So stressful! And now i received an email that i cant refund my Ticket $120‍ this is a nightmare esp if you have important stuff to do. Pittsburgh to Nyc

I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. Since travel had not occurred, I had hoped to receive the discount as a repeat customer and thought this was a small request. The response I received was curt, bordering on rude and unprofessional. Basically, I was told no to the discount and that I could cancel. I considered canceling both reservations because I usually book a return trip, but I thanked them and moved on. About 15 minutes later, they asked for my confirmation number to cancel the reservation. I thanked them again and moved on. Then I received another message requesting my information for cancellation. I asked to speak with a manager and never heard back. I do not recommend using the chat option that goes directly to text messaging. If you have questions, it's better to call. The people who answer the phone are wonderful. I believe that service-oriented businesses need excellent customer service and repeat customers who recommend them to others. I typically avoid writing negative reviews based on a single bad experience, but I wanted to let the business know that communicating via text can sometimes be a negative experience. Lastly, Limo Star management or owners, please offer discounts to students and parents, as they could become loyal customers. I would recommend this company.

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

    Terrible experience! Our group of 32 people waited for over…read morean hour in the rain for the bus to arrive. The bus that finally arrived was a 20-year-old beater. The transmission was bad, the alignment and suspension were shot, and the bathroom door did not latch. The suspension was so severely degraded that it audibly bottomed out on road bumps, causing motion sickness among multiple passengers. The transmission could not maintain speed on inclines, making the journey slow and stressful for everyone on board. The windshield wipers were so worn they could barely clear rain from the windshield (a serious safety hazard). Overhead storage bins would not latch, risking items falling on passengers, and the lighting inside most of them did not work. The spare tires were stored in a luggage compartment and had dangerously little tread remaining. We paid Rally/OurBus for what we were promised would be a newer luxury coach with ample luggage space and modern amenities. Instead, we got an old bus with no electrical outlets, damaged seat upholstery, and a bathroom that reeked before a single passenger had even used it. They sent us a vehicle that should not be in passenger service. When we sought a refund, we were bounced between Rally/OurBus (the broker) and All Aboard Express (the bus company), and now neither company will return our calls. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere!
