These are the emails between them . This company is ridiculous. And ruined part of my trip. And refuse to give me money.

Buyer beware! So I'm 47 years old have plans to travel fifty states by fifty I'm more than half way there trying to live the dream a little bit. Greyhound bus totally disappointed me. I drove from St.louis to Atlantic city 16 hour drive. Wanted to go to New York did not want to drive. Looked up Greyhound bus booked a short day trip. Bus scheduled at 1020a never arrived. No text about delays or nothing. No explanation from lady at counter. All she could say they always late or never come. So I'm calling greyhound this a 3 hour trip if we can't get on next bus we can't do the trip. So representatives tell I have to wait two hours then call back. Lady at the counter says I'll see if you'll can get on. 1150a bus. We couldn't get that bus either all seats assigned. Contacted Greyhound for refund. They've been giving me the run around. The ticket I purchased was non refundable. But greyhound never provided the services I paid for. They told me after they investigated they seen no delays or cancellation this is not the truth.

Emergency exit leaking through bus ruining mobile devices as well as laptops clothing pillows blankets and other things placed on the seats.

The worst bus company there is but, they have a monopoly and force people to deal with the I'm professional behavior of their employees, starting with baggage handlers, front desk people, the bus drivers constantly threatened passages with removal from bus for not obeying their orders with issues concerning things like talking on the phone, talking to each other ,laughing, Greyhound staff behaved as if they are Gestapo. Bus drivers reserve the first four seats on the bus for themselves people were told that they are not allowed to sit there and if they do they will be removed from the bus. There is no real method of complaining to Greyhound and this is done apparently deliberately. I have counted videos and pictures of different Greyhound experiences. In this experience here the escape hatch or emergency exit was leaking during the rain or in my phone and my laptop inside the bus Greyhound driver made it clear there was nothing that they could do about it file a complaint with Greyhound who makes it impossible to do so. Another bus company is needed as soon as possible because Greyhound is the worst bus company there is.

I've traveled through here several times. There's always cabs at the curb and it's close to downtown. Amtrack and the local light rail also stop here. There's a food court with video games. They keep fresh coffee available for purchase. I was able to exchange my ticket without having to wait in a long line for $20. Theirs a great view of the city from the terminal.

Very solid. Be careful with Greyhound though. This station is respectable, but most of the others are degrading to be at.

My son is a freshman at SEMO, and we had booked a shuttle to take him from campus to the St. Louis airport after an incredibly difficult week--he had to travel home for his father's funeral. Plans unexpectedly shifted when his university stepped in to handle his travel arrangements, requiring us to cancel the shuttle. When I called, the team at STL Shuttle Service was incredibly understanding and compassionate given our sudden family loss, handling our cancellation with so much grace and empathy. Their kindness during one of the hardest moments of our lives meant the world to us. They absolutely have a customer for life, and my son will be using them for all of his airport trips over the next four years. If you want a reliable service that truly cares about its customers, this is it!

However, Bryan was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process including booking. We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. Would absolutely recommend booking with STL! Thank you again Bryan and team!

They should have told me the seats were upstairs and they didn't communicate that! I have never ridden Amtrak before so when I called to order tickets, I told them my son is in a wheelchair so they gave us a "disability discount"; a disability discount and accessible seats were incompatible purchases! When we got to the train, I was informed his ticket was coach only (upstairs) and that it was not an accessible seat because we got the discount. Consequently, my son was told he had no other option but to walk upstairs, with the railing on the right (which is his affected side). With help, he made it, and of course the bathrooms were downstairs. In addition, we had "assistance going to the platform" and when we got there the red cap immediately placed his wheelchair in the train and he had to walk into the train. To make matters worse, we spent 4 hours in the station on the train waiting for a repair. Very disappointed!
