I'm going to be honest,Service here is HORRIBLE. First off customer service is horrible. Last time I was there out bus was delayed and don't want to help with a situation they didn't even offer me with solution just said "There's nothing we can do." The staff were so rude I had to witness an old lady trying to just get some help and simply be ignored by the staff.Then there's the schedule. staff are good for nothing there. First They told us the bus would be there in an hour or so we waited after an 7 hour they finally coughed up the truth saying "There's no available drivers at the moment." If it wasn't for our extended family who lived there to pick us up to go to our destination, We would of had to stay the night there either sleeping on the medal benches. The bathrooms were VERY DIRTY looked like no one didn't know how to flush. There's only 3 positives things I have to say one there is good working Wi-Fi and The vending machines always filled with food to and the Plugs almost all of them worked. Honestly I don't expect the service to be perfect but this was absolutely horrible. This has been my first and last time I will ever go on the greyhound bus lines again. read more

Oh, god damned, effing Greyhound. I hate this company so much, but I constantly have to use them. I don't have a car, so when I need to visit family and friends in other towns, Greyhound buses are often my only option because Megabus schedules and routes are very limited. Greyhound is seriously one of the worst companies out there. In fact, I'm going to investigate how I can get the BBB and consumer-advocate organizations to improve the company and services. The employees are rude and uninviting, though, occasionally you'll get a nice bus driver, the wifi never works even though they advertise it, the outlets are often broken or in odd places so that you can't plug in your devices without literally having your cord awkwardly strung across the person next to you, and the schedules are often running behind. I'm not talking 20 or 30 minutes late, I mean 90 minutes to 2 hours late! In addition, I've seen some crazy stuff disrupt our ride so that we had to pull over and wait for police to come. A driver allowed a quarrel between two passengers to escalate to the point that everyone on the bus was yelling. Recently, on my ride, a man was so drunk, he passed out in the aisle and we had to wait for state police to arrive. OH, AND ALWAYS REMEMBER TO PRINT YOUR TICKET! Apparently, they missed the memo that it's now 2017 and most people purchase tickets electronically and save the PDF on their phone. Instead, they freak the f out and won't let you on the bus if you don't have a paper ticket. I've witnessed this on multiple occasions and have been through it myself. So, in conclusion, don't expect much from this company. They really know how to ruin a day, but unfortunately some of us really have to rely on them. read more

I will NEVER use Greyhound bus line again. It has been the worst experience in my life. It started out in Columbus at the horrible bus station where I missed my bus waiting in a line of cars to get let off and I watched it ride away. Went to the ticket guy and he told me I could change my ticket but it would be $20 CASH ONLY!!!! And the next bus didn't leave out till 8:50p. A nice lady gave me the $20 cash so I switched the ticket. And the ticket guy was very rude throughout this exchange. Fast forward to 8:50p no bus in sight!!! It was over an hour late. So we had a transfer in Pittsburgh and a 5 hour layover!! Well I waited patiently, and I was going to miss the event that I was going to. At about 5:52a they told us they were canceling our bus because there was no driver and the next bus to my destination didn't leave till 3:55p but guess what that bus was full and the next one wasn't leaving till 7:30p. All I wanted to do was see my family but that was not going to happen. And EVERY ONE that I encountered in the Pittsburgh station was RUDE!!!! I have never encountered anything like this. And I was told it was my fault for this situation because I picked the wrong time. I had a choice in what time I picked and then the little man that I had been talking to would then decid not to wait on me. I will tell EVERYONE I can NEVER use Greyhound. And after all this they don want to give out a full refund, never mind I'm pretty much stranded and very inconvenienced. I purchased a Greyhound round trip ticket from Indiana PA to Akron Ohio and back. I was to leave August 23, 2022 and return August 28, 2022. Before getting on the sister bus to go to Pittsburgh PA I was on the phone with a Greyhound representative who neglected to mention that my bus had been cancelled. I arrived in Pittsburgh PA around 9:30pm...my bus was scheduled to leave at 1:55am on August 24, 2022. At approximately 2:00am...it was announced that the bus had been cancelled. The Pittsburgh PA ticket agent informed us that she didn't even know why the busses were bringing people in for that bus because it had been cancelled at 1:00pm on August 23, 2022. Greyhound did not send emails or attempt to notify any passengers who had a ticket for that bus. Because I had to use a sister bus...Trailways to get to Pittsburgh PA they had no way of knowing the bus was cancelled. While at the Pittsburgh station there were several other cancellations, several delays, one bus was delayed from 1:15am to 3:30am to 9:00am. Passengers waiting for the bus going to Columbus had to wait until 7pm for the next bus. I was able to return back to Indiana Pa. Due to this issue, I missed my birthday celebration. GREYHOUND IS THE WORSE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. There is no accountability...while they continue to accept people's hard earned money for services they are not able to provide! The building is nice and clean. That is literally the only positive thing I have to report. Firstly, they seem to be greatly understaffed. Schedules are mismanaged and passengers are left uninformed when schedules do change. Perhaps even worse is the way that customer service treats passengers--demeaning them when they don't know their boarding number, and treating them as if they are primary students. This was my first time traveling with greyhound, and I plan to make it my last. read more

I paid Greyhound to ship my bike with me for a bus trip from New York to Pittsburgh. They gave me incorrect and conflicting information about pricing and hours of operation, but finally I was able to get it on the bus, tagged with a number. Then they lost it. I received a voicemail that it was located, but I have been calling several times a day for three days and nobody ever answers any of the numbers. I went in person and the shipping area was locked up during business hours. I called customer service and they told me that Pittsburgh DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE, which is baffling to me. I have never had a stellar experience with Greyhound, but this one really takes the cake. I had an 8:40am bus. I was early, got on the bus at 8:30 and sat and waited. At 9am, a staff member said that the bus had been delayed until 12:30. I went home for a nap, came back at 12, and was told that my bus had left at 10:30. I was forced to wait until the 3:40pm and was not offered a refund or even apologized to. I am beyond disappointed that I will be getting home so late and honestly you couldn't pay me to take a Greyhound bus again. read more

This was my first experience in a bus. I took a trip from Columbus OH, to Philadelphia. Overall it was ok. Yes, the employees look like they haven't sleep in days, but there was this one guy that was very helpful. I believe that if you have manners when asking, you'll get good results. Just sometimes people forget the simple words. Please, thank you, have a nice trip... etc. but as long as you do it. It's their choice to be rude. And that's on them. I would travel again. Newly opened Greyhound bus station in Pittsburgh is a clean and pleasant location and is a modest improvement over the two past renditions of a bus station in this town. They have also reduced their fares to not only meet but often beat competitors. I can get a fare for $26.99 to 32.99 here whereas the competition charges about $35 to $43 for the same route unless you book MONTHS in advance. I have not experienced lateness nor overfilled busses in Pittsburgh except one time on a 4th of July holiday years ago they had to provide an overflow bus. Also, one time it snowed several inches in NYC and our Philly-Pittsburgh bus was cancelled without notice and I had to spend 7 hours waiting for the next scheduled bus to take me. However, this bus is otherwise useful and reliable a majority of the time for my Philly and Ohio trips. Drawbacks: Can't get a hold of them by phone. They have an automated schedule line, but there is no way to speak to a local agent. I guess they got tired of telling people how late their busses would arrive. They should also invest in an arrivals/departure board and posted schedules. I hate having to guess where my bus is and when it will arrive. read more

I'm from Columbus but came through this station on a recent trip...rudest employees ever. If the company knew their employees behaved like this...well...they would probably do nothing, because Greyhound doesn't give a shit. Our bus left hours late, but before that, on arrival, a driver had taken our tickets which we still needed and given us no reboarding passes. I managed to get screamed at by 2 different employees when I asked for new tickets, and they basically called me stupid and a liar. Sorry that you have to work at 6am ladies, but screaming at people isn't a good way to keep customers. Never using greyhound again. read more

Every time I come to the Greyhound station I think to myself "it can't be any worse than the last time", and every time I prove myself wrong. The staff is not very helpful when you have questions and have a very curt and "I don't care" attitude. The lines are usually very inefficient and poorly organized. There's not structure to the process. Announcement of boarding times, delays, or changes are never made. This past trip I am 40 minutes past our departure time and not a single announcement was made about what was causing the delay. Seemingly there was none, as the driver was walking around outside, operators and other staff pacing back and forth. The staff got into an argument with one of the passengers and caused an even longer delay. You ask a question and then you get a rude remark or unhelpful answer. Greyhound is probably by far the worst mode of transportation that I've had to suffer through. If it were possible I would rather walk than take it again. If it were possible to give no stars, I surely would. read more

They sold me the wrong return ticket then made me pay $20 to fix it. The bus was so hot and none of the vents worked. The bus stunk like a dirty mop. Next time I will drive myself - I am never taking Greyhound again! Avoid them like the plague! They need to fix the buses the lights and vents didn't work, the bathroom was disgusting. "Get there an hour before your bus is scheduled to depart" the bottom of the tickets says. And now I know why. Service is incredibly slow. So why not just say, "Get here early for the dozens of hiccups we install on the way." For one, Greyhound is archaic in the way they conduct their business. For some reason proposed in 1973 tickets can either be printed at home or dispensed will call. How does that do anyone a favor if there's only one person working the Tickets and Information booth at all times? They are pretty much creating extra work for themselves and increased dissatisfaction for their customers. However, the lady working the desk, Carmen was really getting down to business. When the line pretty much had ten people at all times, she was doing everything she could to make the flow most efficient. She even stopped a kid from telling some long drawn out story about how he couldn't get his ticket printed. Which to me is a huge plus. What I've learned most from greyhound is one thing... Spent the last 3 hours watching a tracker for bus 4411 from Pittsburgh to Detroit - took my time & effort to make it to the station on time & then 15 minutes before 1pm departure a message came across the loudspeaker that the bus was now 2 hours behind schedule..... For the last 3 hours no trackers or websites stated an issue - I then called the customer service line and had to call twice since the first number 1 (800) 231-2222 - does not get you a real person, you are directed to another number that you must be able to remember or jot down as there is no automatic redirection. Upon calling I told the first agent this would be a complaint call - I was transferred to another agent who after hearing my complaint said there was nothing she could do and my complaint would have to be typed and emailed. I told her that was rather "passing the buck" on customer service - she then told me to speak with an agent at the bus station (when they were the ones who said to call the 1-800 # in the first place...) & then she hung up on me when I said that would not work. Great job Greyhound - hope your customer representatives are getting paid well for their subpar service skills! read more

The place is very clean but they need a guard because its very crowded and people are stealing. Be Careful when traveling alone here. I have been riding greyhound since my college days. I can say there have been many improvements since the earlier days of riding greyhound back and forth to school. However, one thing that I can say that has not changed are greyhound's employees and late buses. Greyhound's employees do not seem to care about customer service and the buses are always late and make a million and one stops before arriving at your scheduled destination. What can I say about greyhound... As far as the station goes it exceeded my expectations. Looks nice, clean, and has all the necessities of a bus station. Me and my girlfriend take the philly line to see one another. And let me say it is world's better than megabus. Same amenities but not crammed into a space like mega bus, with leather seats that are moderately comfortable. As a 6'4" man I hate buses! They take long times for the most part they are extremely uncomfortable for me and the service is shoddy. Greyhound is the best form of this specific form of transport, and though I have definitely been disappointed at times with the service it beats other bus services. And for what it's worth I have been able to sleep on greyhound... Which seems like a feat. For the Philadelphia route I prefer the straight shot to philly over the megabus' 7.5 hr journey to state college and then to harrisburg and finally to Philadelphia. I like it how greyhound also has a station instead of a pickup spot. It's alright. read more

I will never ride another greyhound bus ever. Not only are they over priced but your safety and comfort aren't a concern of there's. I was on a bus that I paid $300.00 for a one way ticket and not only was the bus driver ride and inappropriate they decided to put so many people on this bus that people were sitting on top of each other they were standing in the isle. It was so crowded. I ended up with COVID 19 from riding this bus. I had to get off a few stops before I was supposed to because it was so uncomfortable. I contacted greyhound and they refuse to do anything and won't refund any of my ticket even though I didn't make it to my destination. Greyhound is definitely one of the worst ways to travel. I took a trip from Charlotte, NC to Pittsburgh, PA on 2/14/2015. The first issue I had is that my bus was departing at 2:45 AM. I arrived at the station and expected it to be quick and easy, because it's the middle of the night, but I was wrong. The small building was packed. Anyways, the buses are very nasty. I had a 12 hour trip with 2 transfers and only on one bus was it decent. The only positive to riding the bus is that you can meet some pretty cool people and have a nice conversation. When I arrived at Pittsburgh, my luggage was missing and I went to ask someone where it was. Pittsburgh has the rudest employees I have ever met. They will cuss and scream at you and just down right don't care about the customer. The building was disgusting and you can definitely expect to sit around some of the trashy people Pittsburgh has to offer. Usually the people actually riding the bus and waiting for the bus are okay, but it seems as though the drug addicts like to hangout at the bus station for no reason. I finally found my bags that the driver had taken inside and just set on the ground without telling me. The drivers are usually a hit or miss. Sometimes you get really nice ones and other times, you're scared to even speak. The wifi doesn't ever work on the buses either. I definitely think it's worth just flying or even taking the train. You constantly are worrying about someone taking your luggage whenever you're at the stations and you have to keep an extremely close eye on everything. You're also constantly worrying about some robbing you. Buses are never on time and usually don't arrive at their destination on time either. My 12 hour trip turned into a 15 hour trip. And finally, if you have a lay over at night, please make sure that station is 24/7, otherwise, you'll be sitting outside in some of the most dangerous parts of towns because they're not in good locations. I was at this very terminal on the 21st. I got there at 12:15 am and had a layover that was 4 hours and 40 minutes. The worst experience I've ever had at a bus station. The moment I got there I was hounded by a dude asking for a dollar. An it got worse from that point on. I went to the restaurant; gift shop and I literally asked the employee behind the counter if her shop is a safe place to wait for a bus and the same dude again came into the shop and asked again for money. I had a gentleman who I really thought was going to mug me for my bag, that I actually called 911 for the police and of course they couldn't do anything because nothing physical happened yet. I called 911 before that part happened to prevent it from happening. I truly think there is a lot of criminal activity that happens in major bus stations across the country. I mean the bus stations are not as protected as airports are. An yeah there are rules about carrying weapons on board a bus, but how many times are bus station employees checking bags. I've never seen bags being checked. There are families with children riding and going to these bus stations, where is the protection? If people have no business at the bus terminals, they shouldn't be there. read more

This ain't by far the best bus station: Its plain, kinda uncomfortable and not very clean. But I've seen worse, even from the same greyhound friends (e.g. Philly station, that one really sucks). If the Amtrak or the megabus had more schedules I would never think about taking one of these busses. But man they have schedules. Pitt to phila about every two hours. You can't beat that. We showed up 30 mins before boarding and the bus was right on time. They had no outlets or WiFi. They did have a bathroom in the back of the bus, but make sure your phone is fully charged and you have a book/movies loaded on your laptop. Luckily I was going with a group of people, but I'd imagine the 8 hour trip getting very boring without some sort of entertainment. There was one pit stop, but the bus was HOT. It was in the 90s outside, and we felt sweaty and gross on the bus. Not sure if it was this specific bus, but they really need to crank up the AC. read more

Well I used Grayhound again to save money on a week long Florida trip to get back and forth from St. Petersburg and Sarasota. The St. Petersburg station is only open limited hours, is in a bad area, and was crammed full of piles and piles of boxes. The people were shady of course. The first trip was uneventful but the second was not. The bus was a little late getting to St. Petersburg. Not a big deal. However the entire bus smelled like someone passed gas. It was nasty. Arriving in Sarasota I had a large luggage bag. As I got off the bus I saw the worker at Cattleman Transfer Center reloading my bag on the bus and pushing to the back of the bag storage area. I quickly ran over and asked what he was doing and told him it was my bag. He said something on the line that he didn't know the bag was bound for Sarasota and handed it to me. If I didn't act quick enough I could have been in Florida for three more days without luggage. Later I looked at the tag they put on the bag in St. Petersburg. Sure enough it said Sarasota FL in plain sight. That worker needs to get it together and perhaps learn to read because his inexcusable mistake almost got a Pennsylvanian stuck in Florida without luggage. A rental car sounds worth the extra money next vacation. read more

The station is pretty nice, but I would have preferred a louder PA system -- the TV is louder than the announcements, and I had to ask around to figure out which buses were boarding when. The employees I met were all very nice and approachable. The entrance to the Greyhound station was a little sketchy, but once I got inside, I felt quite safe. I took the Express from Pittsburgh to Baltimore. The bus had comfortable black leather seats, outlets at every seat, slow but existent wi-fi the whole way. We stopped for 30 minutes at the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Sbarro's and other fine dining options), and arrived in Baltimore right on time. read more

If I could rate my experience with 0 stars, I would! Greyhound has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they do nothing to fix the fact that they are absolutely incompetent. I have attempted to take the bus from NYC to Pittsburgh, PA twice now, to save money on flights. But, each trip was down-right AWFUL! The first time I booked a trip with Greyhound, my bus was late to arrive and late to board. Then, when it finally did arrive, two hours late, I was only disappointed to learn that I would not be able to board the bus because they had overbooked! Myself and 25 other passengers did not get on the bus, even though we had purchased tickets well in advance! So, we waited around for another two hours waiting to get some kind of direction on what we were to do! The previous bus driver had told us that another bus was coming, but it had yet to arrive (two hours later). So finally, a worker told us that our bus had arrived (an hour ago) but they had no bus driver booked/working to take us to our destination. They told us to wait about an hour longer and hopefully they would find someone to drive the bus! So after waiting a total of 5 HOURS to get on a bus, I had to leave. I needed to arrive in Pittsburgh for a funeral, so I made alternate plans. However, I still had to take the bus home from Pittsburgh (after flying there and paying for the trip twice!) The bus in Pittsburgh was prompt but as soon as we got to Philadephia, the SAME SITUATION HAPPENED! Yet again, NO BUS DRIVER! I waited overnight in a strange city's bus station to get on the bus to take me home to NYC! Finally, around 6am, the bus driver arrived. Again, I needed to take a bus to Pittsburgh (to save money). The bus was an hour late this time, but I finally made it on and to Philadephia where I was supposed to transfer to another bus to Pittsburgh. The bus to Pittsburgh was three hours late! (And coming from NYC, where I had started my journey!) My trip in total took 12 hours when the drive from NYC to Pittsburgh usually only takes 6! After the second bad experience, (which, shame on me, I should have known not to try this again) I called customer service to complain and ultimately cancel my ticket back to NYC. After being transferred to 7 different people on the phone (who all claimed to be customer service but then after explaining my story with all of them, stated they were "only the booking department"), no one would help me. They stated I could take the trip back to NYC and then they would "refund" me. Obviously, not a very trustworthy situation! It is just so disappointing that a company, who is nationwide, has such terrible customer service. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE! I WILL NEVER TAKE A GREYHOUND BUS AGAIN! And, I would suggest anyone reading this never choose to take Greyhound either. read more

My mother enjoyed traveling, and often had to use Greyhound. She would take a taxi, and sometimes the taxi was late. The courteous people at the station, signaled the bus driver, and they allowed her to board her bus. There was always a kind person to help with her luggage. Also, when I took a cross country "bus" ride and had the opportunity to visit many bus stations, they were usually grimy, noisy and unpleasant. Not so with Greyhound in Pittsburgh. They get high marks on being clean, bright and pleasant to be in if you have to wait for any period of time, especially with the new terminal. read more

I got there and no one was at the check-in desk so I couldn't even find who to talk to about my bus gate. After a while of walking around I find a lady who tells me that my bus was delayed for 5 hours! somehow no one could inform us ahead of time until we got to the station. So I hunkered down and waited until 5 am when we were informed once more that there was another delay until 7 am. This whole time no one knew what was going on and people had to sleep on those metal seats all night until 9 am when some of the passengers, not the employees were able to confirm that the bus was cancelled and never left in the first place. It wasn't even delayed, it never left in the first pace and no one was competent enough to find out and inform us. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with so please do everything in your power to avoid them. Never seen so much filth and incompetence before. AVOID AT ALL COST read more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! My mom was trying to buy me tickets to go see my grandmother over the holidays and they charged her double because the ticket wasn't in her name. NO OTHER COMPANY does this and they have some nerve charging $61 for a ticket on a shitty bus that smells and where the wifi doesn't work. I would rather walk the 180 miles then have to deal with these people again. P.S. Go to megabus, they don't pull this shit and that's why they are so successful. I have been to this station 3 different times. Every single time the bus has been late. This time, in particular, is the reason I'm here. Not only was the bus late, but there was one worker who would not stop yelling at the customers in line. He would tell us to get closer and closer in the line despite us not having enough space. When it was time to board the bus, he started commanding other workers from around to take our bags and put them under the bus (while we were still in line). Now I'm not sure if it's normal to load all bags before any passengers board, but it was extremely ineffective and inconvenient. I hoped it would have been better this time, but it has only gotten worse. From the very first words I exchanged with the driver, I knew I would never be back. After attempting to make light humor with him, he told me "I don't do jokes sir, I don't play games." -So to the back of the bus I went! I transferred in Pittsburgh and boy was it an experience. The place was run down, poorly lit, and sketchy things were happening left and right. Had I not been so hungry I wouldn't have thought about touching the food. The bus I was supposed to board had somehow filled up already (though all of us from the previous bus had yet to get on) so we waited for over an hour while another driver was on his way. The next two buses, along with the previous one, were their old models, complete with mysterious stains on the ceiling since day one of operation. Sleep was impossible and courtesy was never found until I made it home (nearly kissed the ground) I sound to be a bit meticulous here, but I just want to make it clear for anyone who is unsure if they should go with Greyhound or not... DON'T DO IT! I know my experience was far from one of a kind. This is the prime example of a run down company with poor management that places customer service on the bottom of their priorities. I generally avoid Greyhound because of the clientele (could my seat mate be a newly-released convict from the state pen, perchance?). However, one time, I needed to get from DC to PGH stat, and this was the only option, since the buses run every couple of hours. The Greyhound station in DC is connected to Union Station, and although it has a roof, it's outdoors. Our bus was over half an hour late, and I nearly froze while waiting for it. Finally, it pulled in, and was nice and warm, thank goodness. In terms of comfort and spacing, the seats were comparable to Megabus. Unlike Megabus, there was overhead luggage space, so I didn't have to try to squeeze my bag under the seat in front of me or ride the entire way with it at my feet, which I appreciated. Our bus made three stops in Bethesda, Baltimore, and at a travel plaza on the PA Turnpike (one further west than the Sideling Hill plaza that the Megabus stops at). I believe the trip took about 4 hrs. I have no complaints about the driver--unlike several Megabus drivers I've had, he didn't make any unreasonable demands or chew out any pax. However, a lady in front of me snapped at me for carrying on a conversation with my travel companion, even though I was trying to keep my voice down. While it was late at night (11pm), and I understand that some people would like to catch some shut-eye, I have a right to talk to my travel companion--esp. if I'm doing so quietly! For the rest of the trip, I remained awkwardly silent, so as not to incur the lady's wrath again. To her credit, she did apologize to me once we arrived in PGH, but the experience did nothing to dispel my notion of the type of people who travel via Greyhound. The station in PGH, while not the cleanest or shiniest station around, is at least indoors, such that passengers don't have to stand around outside while awaiting their bus. This is good news, given that the passengers of many buses, such as the one I took, are required to disembark there. The chairs are hard plastic, and there are several TVs that are always on, so don't expect to get any sleep here. Having never used the bathrooms here, I can't comment on their cleanliness, but based on the rest of the station, I wouldn't expect then to be super spic and span. In addition to Greyhound, this station serves commuter buses from several townships surrounding PGH, so you may find yourself here if you ever need to take a bus to one of them. For the record, my preferred method of transportation to Philly is Amtrak. Sure, it only runs once a day and is more expensive than the bus, but it always leaves on time, and you get what you pay for in terms of better service, comfort, and amenities. Fraudulent purchases using my information and they tell me my mailing address, email and phone number are all of the verification that someone needs to purchase tickets in my name using a stolen card online. The purchased tickets were non refundable and although I made it very clear I did not purchase or authorize these tickets they will not refund me. Someone called and tried to switch the cities even and they tell me that because of that it is not fraud. read more

I love you, Greyhound. From the bus station experience (didn't have ONE question, and usually I have at least 30 on a sunny day) to the spanky clean new bus, to the overall trip itself - everything checked out. I even slept a little! So comfortable. I'd have liked my ticket and email to have specified the address more clearly, and a contact number that might have worked better prior to my booking a cab to this place, but oh well - you guys are doing okay. Pittsburgh's greyhound has horrible customer service. You will wait in line to what seems to be an eternity, even if your the only one in line. The employees are always on their preoccupied with not doing their job. Worst bus to travel on ever. The only upside is that you are able to wait inside and get food. read more
