Zero if possible! The staff here is so nice but Greyhound in general is terrible. Our bus was delayed by over 5 hours and had us waiting in this bus station all night! Thank GOD the sunoco gas station sells alcohol! On the plus side met some cool people. read more

I agree with the other two complaints, Greyhounds service stinks. On Thanksgiving eve I traveled from Salisbury to Wilmington a 2 hour drive at the most. The bus was scheduled to leave at 2:30 am but showed up 3 hours late. Then he goes to the wrong location for one of the stops. A passenger told him where the actual stop was and used her GPS to get us there. The driver was unconcerned about the people who were waiting, saying oh that's on Greyhound this is the address they gave me and if you want you can look up the correct location. This was an horrendous attitude and customer service. Someone needs to buy out the company. read more

First time using Greyhound and last time. The worst experience of my life. First the bus taking me to my destination (salisbury) didn't have AC so everyone on the bus was complaining and sweating. Second, on the day of my return I get dropped off at the Greyhound station by my friend and the bus doesn't show up I got there at 4:20pm when my departure was at 4:30pm I waited for about 45 mins to an hour and no bus showed up I called and they had me on hold for about 20-30 mins just to tell me that they changed the bus schedule ( they didn't notify me through email or phone) when they had both of my info about phone number and email. Lastly, they reschedule me on another bus to leave the following day at 10am and again my bus doesn't show up and no one is doing anything bout it no assistance no customer service no nothing until I decided to call AGAIN to the customer service toll free number. This time their excuse was that the bus broke down and they sent us in a uncomfortable mini bus to a destination where we switched into an uncomfortable van which caused me to miss my second bus to get back home, from there they didn't care that I missed my bus every time I asked or when I needed help I was just told ok but no one was doing much about it. I miss my first day at a new job, it took me 48 hours to get home from the first official time I was supposed to be home, I was uncomfortable the whole ride back home and they didn't compensate they just said too bad too sad. I recommend driving to your destinations and don't rely on greyhound because they will make you late and cause inconveniences that they don't take responsibilities for. read more
