We needed an oil change today for a trip out of town. The place that services normally was booked until Monday. I had her go to Pennzoil oil Change on Main Street in Watertown Wisconsin. I had called ahead. They were supposed to do a full service oil change, change filters, and topped off all the fluid levels. They charged for it. She cane home and parked the van. A while later she left. I went outside and saw oil all over where she was parked. It's a two year old house. Never a drip from her van. I called them the said she needed to come back. (Tom I think). She did so immediately. She was there five minutes, they looked under it and told her it was either transmission fluid, power steering fluid, an engine seal etc.. Basically tough crud to us. Like I said it never ever leaked, dripped, etc. They told her it's been doing it a while. Never a drop ever anywhere until they touched it. Not a coincidence!!
