The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions.
