We are brand new RV owners, purchasing a used 42' Class A DP Coach from a family member. We were told by them that we would receive an RV inspection' with our purchase, so being from a very close family member, we trusted that. However, that report came to us AFTER the purchase was finalized and we could see that it was very basic and generic in scope and nature. We discovered things not working properly from the day we picked it up and decided we wanted a PROFESSIONAL RV Inspection completed so we knew what we had gotten ourselves into. "What is peace of mind worth?" ITS PRICELESS! From the minute I sent an inquiry to Brad and Aladdin Certified RV Inspection till the time I got my report I knew I'd made the right choice. To start with he responded almost immediately to my inquiry. At that point we had narrowed our search down to 2 potential Class A Motorhomes. One we had already looked at and the other was 2 plus hours away. The second coach was at a dealership close to Brad and one he was very familiar with. Like most people I'm always leery of sales people especially those that work on commission. Recently, I put a class A motorhome up for sale in the RV Trader. A potential buyer came down and looked at it, drove it around, checked everything inside and out and then asked if I minded if they had a professional inspector go through the motorhome. My initial thought was who is this guy and what credentials does he have to do a thorough inspection on my motorhome? I know the buyer really wanted to have it done so I agreed to it having it done with some of my own concerns. I knew it would give the buyer peace of mind so why not. Brad Siedschlag shows up at about 7:15 in the morning. We handed over the keys I spoke with him for about 15 minutes and I left to play golf and he began his inspection. About three hours later, I get a call from my wife with a question regarding the generator, and why none of the outlets had power. I immediately contacted my neighbor who is familiar with my coach, and he came over and discovered it was just a breaker switch that had been inadvertently turned off. I returned home after golf to find Brad still working on the motorhome where he summarized he had taken about 465 photos and 28 videos of all the functioning parts of the motorhome. Let me remind you I am the seller of the RV and I was thoroughly impressed with Brad's professionalism and his attention to detail. I am not the one that paid for or will be receiving the report, but I am confident it will be a very fair and reasonable assessment of a pre-owned RV up for sale. Coincidentally, a neighbor was walking by and asked what was being done to the RV and I shared that an inspection was being done for the potential sale. That neighbor happens to be looking for a brand new fifth wheel and he asked do you think the inspector would look at that fifth wheel on the lot so that if anything's wrong it can be taken care of before I purchase it? If you are serious about making a significant purchase on an RV, why wouldn't you pay for an independent inspection. The RV dealer wants to do one thing, sell you an RV, nothing more, nothing less. Brad is the guy with the knowledge, trustworthiness, and diligence all working for your best interest. I contacted Brad last week, and I gave him a pretty tight timeline in which I needed the inspection. Brad was on it and delivered. He followed up with his verbal report the night of the inspection, and the next evening, I received a very detailed report, with over 450 photos of the inspection. His report contains serial numbers and model numbers, you name it, this report has it. I am going to print this thing out and keep it in my RV for the future, thanks to Brad's suggestion. I want to give Brad Siedschlag a BIG thanks for an excellent inspection on a Class A motorhome we are purchasing. We contact Brad and noted we were on Texas looking to purchase a coach in California. Brad provided his upcoming schedule availability to inspect the coach. Once we got the time and location lockdown Brad work with the seller to meet and work through the inspection. Brad spent over 9hrs inspecting the coach (inside and out). Brad quickly provided an excellent inspection report with over 400 images and videos of the coach!! The inspection report was provided online where we could review and download the information. The report was broken down and graded, noting safety, or area that needed to be addressed Major or Minor. The final portion of the report provide a summary of items should be addressed with the seller. Brad's detailed report allow us to get a $5K reduction on the asking price, and gave us a peace of mind on the quality of the coach. Anyway, the inspection was well worth the investment!!! Fantastic Experience! Exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased a 2017 Winnebago Class C RV and wanted to have a professional inspection. I contacted Brad via email and text, and he responded with a phone call and message within the hour. Luckily, I was able to schedule an inspection within a week of contacting him. Although I wasn't actually present during the inspection because I live 2 hours away from the seller (even if I could be present, I would not want to distract him anyway) his report the next day was the most thorough and detailed report I have ever seen. This thing was over 300 pages and included tons of pictures and videos as well. Since this was my first RV purchase, I wanted to be reassured that the RV was both safe and fully functional. He found a few issues during the inspection that were potential safety issues that I can address right away. He was probably on site inspecting this thing for 7 or 8 hours. He tested all systems, appliances, did leak testing, roof inspection, underbody chassis, propane leak testing, etc. His fee was more than reasonable for the amount of time and effort he put into the inspection. I am going to print out his full report and make a spiral bound book as a reference for the RV as he suggested. My purchase was in the 50K range for the RV and his fee was a fraction of the cost. I honestly can not say enough great things about Brad. A pleasure to work with, hard worker, very conscientious. He really went above and beyond with his inspection checking tons of things that I never even would have thought of. He also saved me more than the cost of his inspection by finding things on my RV that the dealer repaired before I took position that would have cost me in excess of $3K to get repaired according to the dealer. If you are crazy enough to think that he is to high priced, then you obviously have no idea what you are purchasing, and I promise you that you will spend more than what he is charging down the road for things that were missed on your so-called inspection. This man took almost 10 hours to test every option and function on my RV from the washer and dryer to the dishwasher, engine, slide outs and seals, storage trays and roof and on and on.
