They change the hanger on my muffler cause the one who did my muffler did not install it well and it was not aligned and keep hitting my bumper, so they removed the old hanger and welded a new one and now its centered and much better. This is my first time ever leaving a review on a business but their services were so good, it almost felt unfair to not leave one. I called a couple shops before to find a quote and time estimate in getting a new catback exhaust installed into my challenger; not only were they more welcoming and nicer than everywhere else but got the job done in an hour (while other shops were telling me it would take the whole day or more) and charged me half of what everyone else was trying to charge me. Very honest and likable people. I'm relieved my uncle was able to find this place before my car ended up at the more popular muffler shops on Yelp. These guys are awesome! I really don't understand some of the bad reviews? From the second I pulled in they were nothing but friendly and helpful. Just like anything in life, you get what you give. If you're acting like a D-bag, expect to get treated like one. As far as their work, it's top notch. They even cut a portion of the cross member so that my long tube headers wouldn't be rattling against it and create an annoying sound. Their welds are are very well done and not Mickey Moused. I don't know whats the deal with the reviewer Daniel F. is all about. I had one of the best experiences ever with Fantasy Muffler. My header completely cracked and my van sounded like chopper. I thought it wasn't repairable. They welded the two pieces right there and then. Took less then 30 minutes. I asked Steve how much and he said don't worry about it. I was like what..... couldn't believe that. I came back for a custom made header two months later and wow they did a wonderful job at a great price. Work of art. My dad started it I remember being a kid about 11 and hearing a thunderous roar come to the house. It was my dads truck. I fell in love with that sound. My dad was the first but about 40 cars combined and a ton of years later my dad Bob Rivier, my brother Travis Rivier and I Jeremie Rivier can say hands down best and only muffler shop that will ever touch our cars. Done great on all my cars but this last my vette, muffler i got from a friend didnt fit well but they worked hours to get it looking perfect. I even said it is what it is and he said no i cant let u go like that and together they worked to perfect it. Then the price, holy crap cheap as hell. Wish i had more money I wouldve gave a mutch bigger tip. The mufflers my friend gave are to quiet so ill be going back to Fantasy for a full set up. Had a magnaflow exhaust system installed on my car, unfortunately one of the hangers was not secure and would dig into the drive shaft.. So my mechanic referred me to this shop. I drove in and had the problem corrected right away on the spot! Steve took a look at the problem and immediately knew how to correct the situation. he did some cutting and welding and 20mins later my ride was good to go. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I will never, EVER go back here, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone - even my worst enemy. Steve, the owner, is great and will work with you, but unfortunately I had to deal with Erick, who is an embarrassment to this company. I was promised one price upon arrival from the owner, but since the owner was out of town, Erick decided to not only keep my car (and me) for 6 hours, while verbally harassing me the entire time, but threatened to cut off the work he had already done multiple times throughout the process. He then proceeded to jack up the price because it took so long (labor costs) when in reality, he spent the majority of his time walking around, verbally attacking me and other customers, threatening us, and refusing to let us speak to upper management or the owner. Meanwhile the rest of the staff just stood by and watched this happen. This has literally been the worst experience with any sort of service company. And to top it all of, Erick did a horrible job on my truck, so I'm going to have to do it all over again with another company. There goes a couple hundred dollars down the drain. I never give bad reviews, but this was such an unbelievably horrible experience that I had to share, in hopes that nobody else will have to deal with this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. Check the reviews, everyone hates this place except family members. read more
