Both are solid and the Rogue in particular has taken a beating over the years but keeps on going. 245K+ Miles on that one, and bought her at 133K. The crosstrek has 155K+, bought almost 2 years ago at 95K. Nick is my favorite at the shop but anyone you speak to there is going to treat you with respect and be professional. Sorry it took me this long to re-write my review, my opinion has certainly shifted over the years. Thanks for the two solid vehicles.

They were aware the heated seats weren't working and the AC/heat wasn't blowing out correctly, along with many other issues.. One of their mechanics just cleared the code for the check engine light to go off, because we let them know it was showing an e-vap leak. And they never took care of it. I was also told they were going to order a new paint marker that matched, for all the little dings and scratches that were visible, which they never kept their word on and later denied saying it. We drove the car about 5 days and brought it back in to get the issues fixed and for them to check for any recalls. We emailed them a list of all issues in advance, just days after purchasing as they requested. They said the wrong part came after a week of waiting and that they were waiting for the new part. They never called me back, I always had to call them to check in on the vehicle and then after almost 4 weeks of them having the car they never fixed any issues that was agreed upon and when we finally got the car back there was a PARKING TICKET FROM THEM shoved into the seat from days prior! We dropped the car off at the McHenry location and the PARKING TICKET THEY RECEIVED IN MY CAR W/ MY PLATES was received in SCHAUMBURG!! We also took a pic of the mileage when dropping back off to them and THEY DROVE IT OVER 100 MILES during the time they had it!! When I called to speak with someone about my frustration the man told me he was the manager and owner and never once apologized or tried making it right. The ticket was from days prior and I was never even notified about it, I had to find it on my own and call to find out I now had to owe money for a parking ticket in my new car that I barely even got to use!! The man just kept saying don't worry we will pay it but never apologized, he was rude and when I told him they never finished fixing the things they promised he refused to work on my car and now is telling me to take it somewhere else after we even purchased the full bumper to bumper warranty. THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS and I think it's important that people should know!!!!

Pre purchase inspection states multiple body damage, rotor and brake pad were so thin that the shop doesn't recommend me driving it home. The engine was also knocking/ticking loudly when cold and warm (timing chain). They will happily sell you an overpriced deathtrap and lie to your face about it. Don't waste your time and money.

I had been recently getting spam calls from collectors. I made an appointment on the Toyota app and then later got a call to confirm. I thought it was another spam call and didn't know it was Toyota service calling to confirm. So I blocked the number (now it is unblocked FYI). But that action caused me to miss the text and a call that the service tech made while I was waiting. So blocking the number thinking it was a spam call was me causing part of this issue. The service department used to come up to me in the waiting room or call my name. Since that didn't happen, I think part of this was on them. So we both contributed to this. Given that, I bumped the star up from 2 to 3. Also kudos to the representative who called me to check up on this. They really do care about this issue. They are using the Kaizen method to improve and wanted to touch base to get that information. Looks like the service ticket was closed about an hour after I checked in. I waited 2.5 hours because of the blocked number and also because nobody came to get me. Water under the bridge. I went from Jeep to Toyota for the quality. I've bought and sold multiple vehicles from this dealer. Back in January I brought my car in for an oil change which took over an hour and a half. When I went to say something the service manager gave me my keys and said I'll take care of the bill. I thought it was a nice gesture until I drove my car at night and noticed my headlights were pointed towards the ground and I could barely see ahead of me. When I finally got around to readjusting my headlights I noticed the passenger headlamp assembly completely broken. All mounts were broken. I hand wash my car all the time in the summer so I know for a fact that was never broken. When hand washing my car in the spring I noticed hundreds of stress cracks in my paint, on my bumper, just below the passenger headlight. Toyota hit something with my car and tried to hide it. They even adjusted my driver side headlight to match the broken passenger headlight. This dealership is the only place I take my car so I know they did it. When I called the general manager and asked if there were cameras in the service area he said he would check and call me back. Of course he never called me back. It's crazy to think they would risk losing a customer over a $300 headlamp. Do not do business with this very unprofessional company. My parents also just bought a brand new RAV 4 and they added something that my parents never agreed to. They were able to get a hold of the owner and a check was cut to make it right but because of their shenanigans they lost another customer. It's business decisions like this that make car buying so miserable. Stay away from this dealership. Nothing but sc artists.
