Both are solid and the Rogue in particular has taken a beating over the years but keeps on going. 245K+ Miles on that one, and bought her at 133K. The crosstrek has 155K+, bought almost 2 years ago at 95K. Nick is my favorite at the shop but anyone you speak to there is going to treat you with respect and be professional. Sorry it took me this long to re-write my review, my opinion has certainly shifted over the years. Thanks for the two solid vehicles.

I paid for the car and Yuri said, No problem we will fix this if any problems come up. Drove it home and again battery light came on again. They said they had an expert wiring tech and he will fix it this time!!!!! He said vehicle needed an alternator. Ok, got it back and battery light came on again after a couple of weeks. As I was driving to Wisconsin the wrench light came on and car would not run until the issue was fixed!!! I waited 4 hours for tow and I was in Wisconsin! My mechanic said a used aftermarket alternator was installed without the proper codes and vehicle shuts down!! $1600 repairs and was told bring it it. BRING IT IN, I WAS STALLED AND ENDED UP WITH A $2200 bill because of towing!!! Go to a reputable dealer for a car - I would not trust them since they did not keep thier PROMISE.

I had been recently getting spam calls from collectors. I made an appointment on the Toyota app and then later got a call to confirm. I thought it was another spam call and didn't know it was Toyota service calling to confirm. So I blocked the number (now it is unblocked FYI). But that action caused me to miss the text and a call that the service tech made while I was waiting. So blocking the number thinking it was a spam call was me causing part of this issue. The service department used to come up to me in the waiting room or call my name. Since that didn't happen, I think part of this was on them. So we both contributed to this. Given that, I bumped the star up from 2 to 3. Also kudos to the representative who called me to check up on this. They really do care about this issue. They are using the Kaizen method to improve and wanted to touch base to get that information. Looks like the service ticket was closed about an hour after I checked in. I waited 2.5 hours because of the blocked number and also because nobody came to get me. Water under the bridge. I went from Jeep to Toyota for the quality. When we got home we found a large, deep scratch that wasn't on the vehicle before they took it to apply the ceramic coating. We also found paint defects they should have found while applying the coating. When trying to cancel the Pro Pack Protection I was told I cannot cancel it but they'll throw in a $20 paint pen so I can fix the scratch myself. While trying to remedy the situation they reached out via text after I called and left a message, I was then transferred from person to person and they would frequently not respond. Save yourself the frustration and purchase from a dealer that doesn't play these games. They only received one key fob. When they went to financing they sold them Gap insurance whice they did not need considering they put down $7k down on a $22k car. They kept trying to push off warranties on them that they didnt want but they kept pushing the issue along with that garbage under coating. And the Gap they sold them that they not need was way overpriced $1200 and they have the audacity to call themselves a small family owned business that's why they didnt come down on the price and to insult to injury the check engine light came on the next day which means that most likely they cleared the codes.
