I keep seeing this dealer pop up all over Facebook and just wanted to share my experience to hopefully help someone out. Short and sweet, I would avoid this place...Pay premium prices for trucks that are going to need thousands of dollars of work. I bought a truck from them a few months ago and right off the bat I saw issues with it on the lot. Bad pitman arm which is a huge safety concern (side note, I asked to see the safety inspection sheet for my truck and was told they don't have documentation of it...but they do inspections), lower ball joints shot, upper control arms and ball joints shot, lower rad hose coolant leak (couldn't even bother to top off the coolant in the surge tank before they sold it), blown out front shocks, oil pan gasket leak, and sold with a fuel filter maintenance light on. (They did give me the fuel filter to change myself), nail in the tire which they did end up paying to have repaired. Truck was also sold with a "LEVELING KIT"...truck does not have a leveling kit, they just have the torsion bars cranked to the moon to lift the front end of the truck, putting a lot of aggressive angles on the front end and damaging front end components. Now...knowing all of this, I still bought it because it was the EXACT truck I was looking for and was just planning on doing the repairs it needed. Salesman Jason was very kind and easy to work with. He helped us get financed and approved for a decent rate at a local bank. Moving on...bought the truck...less than 2 days later the pinion seal blows out and the truck is throwing diff fluid EVERYWHERE. My husband called the dealership and they were accommodating and said to bring it back and they would repair it free of charge considering I just bought it. So my husband drives the truck an hour and twenty minutes back to the dealership and they replace the seal. He brings it home and I inspected the repair after I came home from work...found that the drive line balancer was severely damaged from being removed and the seal was actually broken...so my husband calls back again. This is where things took a turn....Don the owner was very argumentative and rude over the phone. But they told us again to bring it back after I had taken it to a dealership for an estimate for repair. They didn't want to pay to have a dealership fix their mistake so I drove it and hour and twenty minutes back to the dealership AGAIN. When I got there I met with Don, who initially seemed nice. Then they asked me to come in the back after they got my truck up on the lift to discuss the issue with their mechanic. (Keep in mind that I am an ASE certified heavy duty diesel mechanic) so I have ground to stand on when it comes to knowing what I'm talking about. It ended up being and arguing match between Don and I who told me he "wasn't going to replace parts due to cosmetic damage".... I feel like anyone, even someone with no mechanical experience would have the common sense to understand why a damaged drive line balancer might be more than a cosmetic issue. Unless you like damage to your diff....I ended up calling the lead technician at the shop I work for to have him explain the issue since they were not willing to work with me. They still argued that there was no issue...Don then said I should take it to my shop and fix it...which I asked why he felt I should be responsible for fixing the damage they caused to my vehicle? I got tired and was just ready to take my truck and leave. Eventually they did end up working with me and replacing the balancer and the leaking pinion seal. I thanked him and the other manager for doing so and said I appreciated them helping. So I will say that was a positive...it's the fact that they weren't willing to fix their $400 mistake after I just bought a $37k truck from them that they damaged. In the end, I do love my truck. It is what I was looking for and what I needed. But I've put thousands of dollars into the front end repairs and fixing other issues it has had with emissions. In my opinion, you can find nice, lifted trucks at reliable dealership. I don't know about the cars and SUV's they sell. Maybe people have better experiences with that. But as far as diesels and bigger trucks I would look elsewhere. I personally would not purchase another truck from this place.

My husband and I went out to look around for a possible new vehicle this weekend. We ended up traveling out to the other dealership they had for the vehicle that we see online. Our mistake was not calling beforehand to see if the vehicle was there. Anyways, we got there, and they informed us the vehicle was at the dealer which was close to our house. On our way driving back, Josh gave us a call and we had a couple laughs about the situation. As we were talking, he facetimed us to show that indeed the vehicle was there and gave us a little personal tour. When we arrived, they had the vehicle ready for us to test drive and get us started. One thing my husband and I loved is they let us test drive the truck alone, I don't know why most dealer ships don't let his happen. We got to drive around and discuss the vehicle. Coming back to the dealership we were ready to put together the numbers. We wanted this vehicle and they wanted the sale. Josh and Franky were nothing but professional and explained everything to us walked us through the numbers and the financing co who they would be reaching out to. I will forever recommend this business to family and friends who want to purchase a vehicle. They made the process smooth and fast for us, nothing but pure hospitality here as well.

Their biggest concern was to make sure that I walked out happy. They detailed the car beautifully. There are a few scuffs on 2 of the rims that they repaired the same day I picked it up and it looked like factory fresh. Thanks again guys... I will continue to refer business to you for many years to come.

I'm noticing a difference since the recent management change. 2 hours 20 min so far and still waiting. UPDATE: 1/12/2026 Updated from 2 to 3 stars. Upon further review, this was a shared issue. I had been recently getting spam calls from collectors. I made an appointment on the Toyota app and then later got a call to confirm. I thought it was another spam call and didn't know it was Toyota service calling to confirm. So I blocked the number (now it is unblocked FYI). But that action caused me to miss the text and a call that the service tech made while I was waiting. So blocking the number thinking it was a spam call was me causing part of this issue. The service department used to come up to me in the waiting room or call my name. Since that didn't happen, I think part of this was on them. So we both contributed to this. Given that, I bumped the star up from 2 to 3. Also kudos to the representative who called me to check up on this. They really do care about this issue. They are using the Kaizen method to improve and wanted to touch base to get that information. Looks like the service ticket was closed about an hour after I checked in. I waited 2.5 hours because of the blocked number and also because nobody came to get me. Water under the bridge. I went from Jeep to Toyota for the quality. So I need a good partner to keep my car alive. That means the service department. Thanks for checking up on me and I'm sorry that I caused part of it.

They'll tell you it's a lifetime appearance protection warranty but when you review the paperwork after purchase you'll see it's only a 5 year Assurant warranty. If you make the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a vehicle here, make sure you do a walk around before you leave the lot. When we got home we found a large, deep scratch that wasn't on the vehicle before they took it to apply the ceramic coating. We also found paint defects they should have found while applying the coating. When trying to cancel the Pro Pack Protection I was told I cannot cancel it but they'll throw in a $20 paint pen so I can fix the scratch myself. While trying to remedy the situation they reached out via text after I called and left a message, I was then transferred from person to person and they would frequently not respond. Save yourself the frustration and purchase from a dealer that doesn't play these games. Edit: Hi Jennie, after being ignored then finally bounced to someone else I've still yet to receive a response.

Ray was honest with me and told me he would not sell me that car before he made sure it was completely safe. He went above and beyond to fix everything that car needed fixed in the least amount of time possible, and even more, and he showed me all the receipts for everything.
