I haven't used them and I won't. They require a $95 charge for just coming to my home to "evaluate" my grill. They only will credit if I need a new grill. I just want someone to clean my perfectly good grill, not scam me into buying a new one from them. Very dodgy business model. read more

Tom came to our house to fix the starter on the grill. It took a while to get to the root of the problem, but he stuck with it and, when the parts he had in his truck weren't a perfect fit, ordered new parts and came back and installed them without charging us for an additional service call. Plus, to his credit, when I offered to pay for the parts, he declined, telling me that I had already paid for the parts when I paid for the first service appointment. I would never have realized that and, if Tom wasn't honest, would have paid twice for the same parts. Highly recommended. read more

Our grill was a mess and had really bad hot spots. I thought it had just seen better days and was as good as it could get without buying a whole new BBQ.
