Everything was soo flavorful, the empanadas were crispy and cheese, the panuchos was cooked and seasoned perfectly and also crispy with awesome pickled jalapeño and red onions, and finally, the gorditas was freshly made and the steak was cooked perfectly. The owners were extremely friendly and kind, made our night!! Both the green and red sauce are great but if you love a little good heat, the red sauce is where is at.

We had three sandwiches: Dill with it, the arsonist and the Al Capesto. Our favorite was the arsonist followed closely by the pesto one. The candied bacon and the seasoning on top puts it over the top. We loved how they cut these onto triangles of four, making them real easy to share. I ordered online and it only took 15 minutes. It was ready as soon as I ordered and started my half mile walk. I've heard of ghost kitchens before, and have got delivery from them, but never been inside of one. I absolutely love the idea. They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. You are coming up to a church, but it's so well marked with signs and lights you can't miss it. It so nice to having a place in Candler park we can walk to, and the owners are warm and friendly. FOOD: We ordered the Baleada Especial-- homemade baleada tortillas (so good!), grilled steak, eggs, cheese, refried beans/ puréed beans of some sort, sour cream maybe, avocado, spices. A mix between a bigger taco and quesadilla. It came with two in an order, for about $10. But she said I could order just one also if we wanted. We got two to share and they were very tasty and the handmade tortillas were amazing. I also visited the next day and gave them a second try. On my first visit I got a friendly greeting and placed an order for the double version of their House Smash Burger. Since they were parked in a gas station parking lot, and didn't have any soda offerings that I liked, I popped into the station and grabbed my favorite. By the time I'd paid my burger was ready. It was fresh and hot (so hot that I had to wait a bit so I could hold it to eat, LOL). The bun evidenced toasting and was nice and soft and large enough to sandwich the large patties with excellent crusting. Their special smash sauce is like a creamy Italian dressing and there was lots of it, giving it a tang. The lettuce was shredded, making it a bit messy, especially with so much sauce so be sure and avail yourself of the roll of paper towels they provide (however, not available on my visit on the next day). Also the pickles they use have a distinct clove taste, so I wasn't a fan of the flavor combination. On my second visit I got the same burger with just cheese and found it much more enjoyable. Even when scaled down it's still a generously sized burger. Across my visits I had both the fries and tots as a side. Both were very generous portions and nicely crispy and also served piping hot. Of the two the fries were my favorite. They were coated and had a nice seasoning. If I were at a festival where food trucks were the only option, I'd definitely favor this option as the food was pretty good, the portions generous, and it's fairly priced.

Food is made from scratch and the owner's recipes. The menu is Greek and Mexican. She also has weekly specials. The owner is very friendly. There is no seating area. I tried the gyro and the Mexican street corn. Both were delicious. It's hard to find a good gyro around here. I will definitely be back. If you like street food and food truck food, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
