The food here is always good! Fresh, crisp, and flavor is all on point. Never had any issues with the service here. You can dine in but you seat yourself and they call your number when it's ready. We were in the area on a Sunday night and were looking for street tacos, and it had to be open late. They were open until 10pm so we stopped in and checked it out. There was not another person in there and we ordered at the counter and grabbed our sauces from the DIY salsa bar. They had two specials, which were birria tacos with and without cheese. We got both and were not disappointed. They were a large size and the shell was great. The meat inside was plentiful and also was well seasoned. It came with a small cup of consomme and that was great as well, not too oily. I would recommend the cheese over the non-cheese. The food was fair. I think I can say I've honestly had better, but I've had much much worse. The champion on the plates was the beans and the rice. My flautas were good and my wife's tacos were fair. They gave us our order to go even though we told them we were eating in. I've gone here a lot and it's never disappointed. I always get the taco plate with carne asada (#10). One time I got a to-go order and they gave me chicken instead of carne asada--initially I was disappointed, but let me tell you, the chicken tacos might have been slightly better than the carne I always get. I'm glad they made me change it up. Now it's going to be hard choosing. I see a lot of reviews saying the rice was dry or hard. I've never had that happen...in fact, the beans and rice are nearly my favorite part. Their horchata is very sweet, but good. Chips and queso--delicious. Salsa bar is also very good. This taco truck is a must! I tried all the tacos and the carnitas is the best by far! The tacos are simple but oh so good and cheap. The carrots on the side were different but they pack a punch cause they are marinated in jalapeños. Ok many other items on menu and yes it is an issue to sit inside and wait on your food at the truck but the juice they have. The pina Aqua is amazing! Good food. I had the steak, chicken and pork enchiladas. Each of the meats were seasoned well. The rice and beans were also delicious!

I have had their taco's, torta's, and burrito's so far and all three have been fantastic!! The portions are good, the staff has always been very friendly, and the prices are on point. I've always gotten my lunch from the truck to go, so can't say anything about the main dining area, but the truck always seems every clean to me. I will definitely be back since I'm local. read more

I simply asked for extra limes, when I picked up my order I asked "can I run in and grab extra limes?"
