Just off the square of downtown Cartersville. Small shop making wood fired pizza. Friendly…read morestaff. Good selection. I believe all pizzas are individual sized. We ordered a jalapeños popper appetizer, and 3 pizzas. Price was mid $50s. I really liked their poppers. A bit different from what everyone else makes but tasty with good crunch. Wife and daughter liked their choice of pizza. I liked mine too but felt it had a lack of chicken. Overall good and glad we tried.

Came in October 23, 2025 around 2 pm. It's a great location downtown on Maim Street and you can sit…read moreat the window and watch the street scene as you eat and socialize. The restaurant itself is a cool little joint with tables and a bar at the window. The staff are all pleasant, efficient and professional. The pizzas are all 10" personal size pizza, but one could feed 2 frugal eaters. I ordered a sausage, olives and banana pepper pizza. It was pretty good but not much meat on it (see attached pics). The pizza is made fresh and the crust is good, but make sure you get the crust you want; mine came with some kind of cheese crust which is ok but probably better with different toppings. Overall I was happy with the service and atmosphere, and I will not say the food was bad, it just wasn't my style of pizza, I'm more of a New York style pizza guy (New Haven crust and topping to be precise) so I hope this review won't discourage people from going there. For the price, service and atmosphere this is a cool place to go to, and many other people including my family and friends absolutely love the pizza. (The iced tea is southern style and excellent!) Will return and definitely recommend.

More than you'd expect from a truck. I had a shrimp and…read moresteak po boy that made me very glad I stopped at Murray's truck. The food was amazing and a very generous portion of steak in the sandwich made it worth it. It's not fast food. It's practically a high end cajun restaurant in an old Gruman step van. It's not cheap because it's something special and made special. Another truck had egg rolls for more money. Really? The fries are excellent as well. Alligator meat is also available.

So, short answer, don't bother, try anyone else, overpriced and poorly executed…read more Long answer, most of the items on the menu were unavailable, on top of that I got a nice little $2 charge on the $7 cup of mushy red beans and rice porridge, so $9... get a rice cooker and keep that separate from your beans and sausage. I don't know how I could see so much seasoning in the liquid, yet have no discernable flavor. Sausage tasted like store bought kielbasa, except just bleh. Find someone local or at least fry it in a pan to get some caramelization/char. Sad, because I was excited to see a Creole/Cajun/New Orleans truck. Everyone else I've tried at the "a dam food truck park" has been great, only two I haven't tried are the coffee one and the hot dogs. And it's not like he should have run out of food, he didn't start to 3 pm, I got there around 4 pm, if you can't fill your menu, get a chalkboard and just write what you have... I'm not expecting some ridiculous thing from a food truck, but this is defly the weakest one there. Check out the other trucks, and as for red beans and rice, I'll make my own.
