I think because they stack a nice amount of meat in each taco, doubling up on the tortilla shell would actually be a good idea (I found my taco fillings falling out every time I tried to take a bite). It's easily accessible and has a large parking lot. This location is extremely clean, including the restrooms. There isn't any wifi, though. There are kiosks to place your order, or, you can still order the old fashioned way at the cash. The menu is pretty extensive, with chicken, fish, and breakfast menu items as well. There are also a number of drinks besides fountain drinks, such as coffee, iced coffee, and fruity drinks and milkshakes. They also feature a different price special for each day of the week. They even do catering, with a specially designed menu to order. I went with a Heavy Hitter as a combo. The Heavy Hitter is basically a double burger, complete with double cheese and a standard topping mix of relish, red onion, mustard, tomato, bacon, and best of all, their signature burger sauce. Their burger sauce is what really makes it worth coming to Hero. It's not like the typical Thousand Island flavoured you get eeeeeeverywhere else. This sauce is a little lighter and tangier, with a herby flavour that really cuts the heaviness of a burger. I can barely remember the bacon, but that sauce makes you want to return for more. The patties are 4 ounces each, and nicely cooked. The bun is nice. It's hefty enough to hold up to the two patties and all the toppings, and I enjoyed the mix of sesame and nigella seeds. They have a very extensive choice of toppings, which I wish I had taken the time to go through to customize my burger better. The fries were okay. They keep the skin on and fry them to a good, crispy texture. The salt was almost non-existent, but that was fine, because the burger itself is very well seasoned. They were, however, a little too dry on the inside. Fountain drinks are self-serve style. Of course the drink I wanted, Coke Zero, was the only one not available due to lack of product. The selection isn't that extensive, less than 10 selections total. I don't like Diet Coke anywhere near as much as Zero, so I contented myself with a mix of Classic and Diet. One of my pet peeves is being charged differently (usually more) at the cash than what's displayed on the menu. It's very clearly posted that the burger goes for $13.80, with an additional $5.10 to make a combo. I'm no math genius, but I know $18.90 when that's the sum. For whatever reason, I got charged $19.10 instead before taxes. There isn't even a breakdown on the bill. I couldn't be bothered to address it, but it definitely brings them down in rating overall. I have ordered from the closest BarBURRITO from my workplace roughly 1.5 years ago and had a decent experience. I have never had a bowl before. I got a combo, which comes with chips and salsa, and a bottled drink. I got a Diet Coke. The app said that my order would be ready in twenty minutes. I was grabbing bubble tea before heading over here, so I arrived a few minutes after the estimated time. This section does have plenty of parking. It has Walmart close by, with various businesses scattered around the area. In this particular section, it can be a bit tight driving in, so exercise care. I parked and walked in. The counters are spruced up from the Cinnaholic days, but they are set up roughly the same way. A woman welcomed me. The pickup area has cubby holes where I believe my order was. I had to show my confirmation number. This woman didn't want to wait for my app to refresh on my phone and attended to something else that didn't seem all that pressing. I didn't enjoy that move. However, I showed my number to another woman and the first one came back to look at it together. Yeah, weird. Finally, they confirmed that my bag in the cubby hole was indeed mine. She placed it on the counter. I thanked her and started taking photos of everything. I then left and headed with my takeout to my car. I got home and chowed down after I put everything away. I had been out and about for a few hours. The nacho bowl is huge! There is only one size. It tasted good. It reminded me of a seven-dip taco dip, but with more ingredients. I got to select all ingredients that I wanted in my bowl. It was a bit soggy at the bottom, thanks to the moisture from the two types of sauces that I had specified (burrito and ancho chipoltle), tomatoes, red salsa, and lettuce.
