They have a board with the daily breakfast sandwiches and the speciality lattes. All of them sound so good it was hard to pick! We each got a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and they were tasty. Drink wise I got the Pumpkin Pie Guy and it was a fantastic pumpkin seasonal coffee! My wife got a wild cherry mocha they recently posted on their socials. She enjoyed it but did think the cherry flavor came through a little odd. Besides speciality lattes/coffees they also had normal coffees and some energy drinks with flavors available too. Overall very good coffee trailer, that is worth checking out! This is the absolute opposite of that. The owner of this food truck is incredible. He is passionate about what he does, and he wants to make his customers truly happy with his product. And he sure does. Vegan? Vegetarian? Gluten-free? Meat-eater? He's got you. And you aren't an after-thought. Cashew cheese? Homemade mushroom pate? Ghost pepper cheese? Carefully and perfectly selected vegetables to go with it all? It's unreal. It's affordable, delicious, and so thoughtfully put together. And, no, I didn't share. Because I like to feel full after eating something I spent money on (c'mon, new restaurants and other charcuterie board businesses: in the words of our freed girl Britney "give me, give me more, give more, give me, give me more"). They are a bit on the pricey side where for four people (3 tacos, 1 burrito and 2 burrito salads ran close to $75. Staff was very friendly. If you are willing to pay premium prices for a Mexican food joint in a mall food court, try them out. The food won't disappoint, but it will hit the wallet.
