Called a couple months later and requested the same service. He showed up this time with a helper. We asked for master, and 2 area rugs. The helper did all the cleaning. We were not happy. Our master carpet was soaking wet for 2 days and was still damp day 3, so now it's smells musty. Our area rugs, looked average at best and were not clean. I messaged the owner, only to receive no response. So now we have a moldy, musty smell and will have to use someone else to clean it again. I was also charged a different price the second time. We hired this cleaning company for a deep clean and had almost all the add-ons. The cleaner was in…read morethe kitchen for several hours and didn't do much besides some mediocre wiping. After 7 hours of cleaning the house by herself, she had barely actually cleaned anything. At checkout, I walked through and said the bedroom wasn't vacuumed or mopped and she argued that it was done. I showed her the entire floor was not vacuumed at all and still had hair etc on the floor, not just the edges of the floor. Then I realized the whole home was in really bad shape. I told her this is supposed to be a deep cleaning and she argued that it was a standard cleaning. I called the company and the owner was helpful, and I sent loads of photos, including Ring camera pictures of her dumping two dirty mop water buckets on the patio right in front of the front door. There was too much to list here, but then instead of sending someone else, the owner said the cleaner and I were both not good fits for his company. Cleaners need to be held accountable when they do not perform any basic tasks or have any professional cleaning skills. The owner's solution was to get rid of customers who complain.
