I had some stains in the back that my dogs had put there from a food accident and she took them right out. Only took a couple hours and I was good to go. However, the price wasn't so good the the amount of attention put into all the cleaning. I still found fries under some seats and dust throughout the car meaning it wasn't even wiped down. Not really what I'd call a "detailing" but maybe someone else will have a better experience than I did.

The driver did not call police or turn over insurance. Bumper to bumper did not come through with insurance. Police said it was too late for me to make a report. Bumper to Bumper did not take responsibility! Also they did not clean interior roof. The auto body on the property tried to paint bumper and there are drips running down bumper.

Once again had the need to contract with Rocky Mountain RV repair . This time dryer broke a belt…read more He was able to order the needed part same day, shipping took a few days. As soon as new belt arrived, called evening & set up repair for next day. Repair went as expected, site cleaned up . What more could you ask for. Another repair well done . A side note, our friends RV just had a new washer installed in another state. Was making real bad noises. Rocky Mountain worked them in for service & found installing company ( not Rocky Mountain) failed to remove shipping bolts !!!! This could have destroyed the brand new washer. Brent was able to work us into his very busy schedule and found a way to get us going so we could get the system repaired at an HWH authorized service center.
