As soon as new belt arrived, called evening & set up repair for next day. Repair went as expected, site cleaned up . What more could you ask for. Another repair well done . A side note, our friends RV just had a new washer installed in another state. Was making real bad noises. Rocky Mountain worked them in for service & found installing company ( not Rocky Mountain) failed to remove shipping bolts !!!! This could have destroyed the brand new washer.
