I went online and asked people in a Hendersonville FB group for recommendations and many of the group members mentioned Family Affair Tattoo Studio. I dropped by about 2 weeks earlier and spoke with Fingers and he stated that my design I showed him will need to be larger based on the fine details. He gave me an estimated quote and I stopped in on July 29th and there were many people waiting for him. While I was in the waiting room I happen to glance at the health inspection grade of 100%....NICE!!! I know he was busy and he asked me to come back tomorrow and even stated to make sure I have food and a good night sleep prior to arriving. I show up today (July 30th) and we made small talk and I must say that Fingers and his staff are all amazing people that will talk to you like they have known you their whole life. Ok, Time to get the tattoo started..... Fingers begins EVERY pre tattoo presentation the same way by explaining what I will expect and that if I need to cough, sneeze, or need to stretch to let him know and then stated "because remember I work for you". WOW.!!! A+ Customer Service. I am aware that everyone reacts differently to how the needles effect them, but Fingers has a very soft touch to the point it felt like I was having a therapy session with a TENS Electronic Muscle Stimulator on my calf. Ok, Outline is done and we took a photo to text to my wife who responded with "Amazing detail". Ok, back to filling in the outline (Still a soft touch, but def noticed the time spent filling on the black details of the tattoo). Ok, Fast forward and the tattoo is complete. Fingers again provides all his guests with after care information both verbally and written down.
