It's more than 11 weeks later and they still haven't done the work. Dealing with the project manager boarders on painful. There are endless excuses for not responding to messages and repeated claims their e-mail server is down. Nobody's server loses 3/4 of the e-mails sent to it. If the service was that bad you wouldn't keep it. Every time I asked for a paint date I got told "we'll get to it when we get to it. You're on the schedule." But never told where on the schedule I was or how many jobs were ahead of me. If I hadn't already paid them almost $1K I wouldn't keep them as my painters. I had someone stop by to look at my house today saying they'd been asked to be a subcontractor to do the job...more than 7 weeks after the job is supposed to already been done. Pathetic.
