I'm very satisfied with our decision because Chris, Heather and Lane are so nice and accommodating. Some days I come in feeling top of the world, others not so great. I came to this center for a medical procedure. During the procedure that I should have been…read moresedated and unconscious of what was really going on I woke up and begged them to stop because they were hurting me. They continued until I was conscious enough to try to get up. They then held me down and I can only assume finally gave me more medication for the remainder of the procedure. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever been through and when I called to make a formal complaint they seemed to be completely remorseless and basically said well there's nothing we can do. I would not recommend this facility to anyone for any procedures. And I can only hope that no one else finds themselves in the same situation.
