She is the most caring and most gentle person I have ever met. From the first day she treated me like we were old friends. I was comfortable around her from the first minute we met (which I feel is super important when it comes to someone in the medical field). She sympathizes with the fact I'm in pain and does everything in her power to make the cleaning of the wound as bearable as possible (if you've never had a bad burn, this is practically impossible). Do not use this facility for Rehabilitation because the facility will bill your insurance $8,500(85…read morehours ) for 20 days of rehab (5 week days) at 1.5 hours per day at a rate of $350 per hour (amount they bill your insurance )for a combined 1.50 hours of PT, OT and ST. 1/2 hour each. In addition to billing the patient/resident $5,400.00 for the same 20 days of rehab. Thus $13,900 for 20 days of 1.5 hours of rehab per day x 20 daya=30 hours $13,900÷ 30 equals $460 per day x 20 days of 1.5 per day (3rd party PT therapists) who are only being paid $100 per hour. The facility gross profit of $360 per hour. If you are someone ?who requires more PT good luck as none of their residents ever walk out of their own). As most are still wheel chair bound or using a walker when they leave if their lucky. After all if they fully rehabilitated their residents the facility would go broke. They are 50 percent short staffed because they can't retain good nurses or aides because the pay is low. 25 percent are contract so Covid is an issue. They Covid test the residents every 3rd day at $250 per test they charge the patient or insurance.Reason being too many contract employees thru 3rd party companies.

Visiting Angels was reached last weekend via Tina to set up an appointment for Shannon to visit this morning. No one showed up, and multiple calls went unanswered to find out why. We were advised they didn't have the care plan needs in hand (it was already sent) or the telephone number for where our parents are residing (it was already sent). Shannon - who finally called back 90 minutes after she had been scheduled to be at their front door - was unhelpful and rude, insisting the difficulty was our fault and not theirs. Highly recommend you seek a different provider. Taking care of our elders is a difficult - and sometimes heartbreaking - task, but the level of caregivers can make the difference between frustration and neglect or a warm and comforting environment for them. Choose wisely in your consideration of which agency to hire. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones.

Was prescribed antibiotics that made symptoms temporarily go away and then started coming back immediately when the full course of antibiotics were done. No problem.. its the human body so its understandable that a new urine culture may need to be done and a different antibiotic needed.. they wanted me to come in and pay a 2nd exam fee and go thru a whole new exam processes when I was just there 2 weeks ago. Scam. They only want your money. If you are seen for 1 issue and they dont resolve it, expect to pay more money to be treated correctly.
