I visited that store several times and the only reason I went in because they had Nike & Jordan socks in the display window. Each time I went in I didn't see any of the socks in the store. So, I asked one of the sales associate. Hi, do y'all have the socks that is in the window. His response was what is in the window? Shouldn't he know that he work there. Well, he walked away from me didn't say let me check it out, give me a minute or nothing.... While the other sale associates chatted about their personal life. I walked out the store & said to the guy oh thanks for your help.....Ghetto ass store, no one else asked me did I needed help and that's a store I will never go back to... I should have brought supplies and a compass. 1) The store has a lot of stock. too much stock. there are piles and racks and mounds and seriously I was in there for nearly 10 minutes before encountering a clerk and was seriously tempted to ask "Dr Livingston I presume?" All this made it hard to find things and remember where you'd seen something. 2) This is just my taste. While there were some nice pieces and I was upset a pair of spectator shoes weren't in my size, a great many of the pieces by cut, color and material look like they will be sold to people going to a high school prom in northern New Jersey circa 1974. The sort of thing you'll wear once so mom or grand ma can coo over it and will promptly spend the rest of it's existence on the floor of your closet. So there are some nice pieces in here but they seem to be hidden behind a crowd of clutter and poor quality items making the search only slightly less harrowing than a search for the cracks of Doom.

Before walking in, I was really not convinced that we'd find something in his size. Donna was so incredibly helpful; she not only immediately found us a sport jacket in his size and desired color (navy), but one that fit perfectly/does not need any tailoring - amazing! She was even able to find him a dress shirt and tie in his size. I highly recommend Donna and this location for great service & expertise, and their selection of suit separates in teen sizes :)

Wadsworth Ave. Vikki the store manager is so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and nice looking too. She helped me with find the perfect pair of sneakers for my son. I didn't know what was in style and was having trouble with sizing. She handled it all, while serving other customers as well. The only thing I would suggest is that her staff was more like her. I felt like she was doing all of the work while others stood around waiting for Vicki to tell them what to do. It was unfortunate to see, but Vicky is a rockstar. He told me he was going to be a while because he was dealing with a customer. No worries, I waited for him to be done. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish with the customer, someone else came in and the salesman (Leonard Simon) told me that I had to wait because the person who came in was a "paying customer" and I wasn't. Very rude and disrespectful. Never coming in this place again.
