How in the world is my signing a contract and giving a credit card to pay for that service is not counted as a purchase is beyond reason. You choose not to run the credit card until the pool is closed and has no bearing on my PURCHASE. You could have easily run a $50.00 charge on my card as a deposit on that closing. I was not asking for you to make an exception, only to count the signed contract as a purchase, which it is a purchase whether you run the card today, tomorrow or next month. Constant blame put on customer and not their products . We bought our pool 11 years ago and every year there is an issue . Last year they told us we needed a new liner . They installed it and left wrinkles and you can actually see it pulling out of the wall . They told us it was our fault because we had a retaining wall and too much landscaping . Mind you . I would give them a 0 review, if I could. We paid thousands of dollars for them to put in new liner, new steps & overflow valve, a few years ago & have had problems ever since. The did the work in fall & then our pool was closed until spring. When pool was opened, the concrete was cracked & liner had creases in the bottom. They were contacted & said they would come out, but would be charged. We have had nothing but problems since. Contacted them & asked to have owner come out to look at pool- we didn't want to deal with supervisor again & we get phone call before 8 am from supervisor screaming at us &wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. REFUSED TO RETURN PRODUCTS, DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS THAT CONTINUOUSLY BREAK, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! we have bought numerous products from this place and 3 of the hoses have broken in the last year emptying our pool 2 of the times! I called today and spoke to Kayla who could not have cared less about how horrible the products they are providing are. She put me on hold for 10 minutes just to say she can give me a new hose but that's all she can do they haven't had any other complaints. Then went there to return and started blaming my husband and refused to return it when it was 100% the products crappy quality that was the problem. We now have a pool that needs filled on the hottest week and a company who did not even apologize once and does not back their products whatsoever. They have to be contracted with a water supply company and should be more than willing to come fill our pool again after wasting $300 of our money getting it filled just to come back out because their products suck numerous times. read more

Replaced our liner and was so excited. We saved money to do it and couldn't wait to show it off. The crew left trash on site. I let it go because I was excited to get the job done. The job was sloppy. I could see the jagged cut pieces of liner sticking into the hole for the return line. The liner started to slip down from the track soon after having it replaced. I called and they said that it was not a big deal and fixed it, but it happened again by the end of the season. They fixed it again when we opened the pool the next season and gave me a tool to fix it myself if it happens again. I had lived in my house with the pool for 4 years and the liner had not done this. The worst part was yet to come. The second year with the new liner, large wrinkles showed up in the shallow end. I was told by the owner that it was because we let too much water out when closing. We only let enough water out to plug the returns and the skimmers. Also, we had done this for years without an issue. My thought is that water made its way in because of the liner slipping. He eventually said that he would come out one time and smooth them, but they came back. The wrinkles are still there and every time I open my pool it upsets me because I do not have $5,000 to have it redone by a better company. 11-4-17 Have had a new liner and cover this year and the sales and tech teams have both done a great job. After 14 years the pool liner had faded and the new one just brightened up the pool. Done in one day with no mess. The Meyco cover had begun to come apart and the specs were still available for my pool cover. Gritz gave them the number and Meyco made it perfectly Perfect fit and installation. Wish everything came together like this. Free water testing and reasonable chemicals. Got a friend from King of Prussia coming down to the store now. Pat and Brad are usually in the office and both are very knowledgeable and have been a great help this year.
