At $299.99 it was a screaming deal for a 24 year age statement whiskey! Bottled at 56.7% ABV this sherry aged single malt is the real deal! The item itself is quite limited and each bottle is numbered to let you know how many were made that year. He only had one left and it had been long discontinued so I was very glad I got my hands on it. It seemed like the best value for the price among the rarer options he had available. I really, really appreciate the fact that he did not mark it up a penny (BevMo had it for $299.99 many years back) even though he totally could have. This tells me right off the bat he is an extremely straight-shooter kind of business owner who cares about longtime customer value and retention rather than trying to make a quick buck or drive "hype" up.
