For a local mom-and-pop, their spirit selection (especially whiskey) is ridiculously vast. They carry all the big hitters, including the fancy,obscure stuff. What I experienced was straight-up discrimination, and it completely ruined any chance of me ever coming back. I was singled out and treated with suspicion for no reason, while other customers were clearly not being treated the same way. This isn't just "bad customer service" -- it's deeper than that. It felt disrespectful, uncomfortable, and completely uncalled for. No one should have to deal with that just trying to make a simple purchase. Had not been in here for many years and thought I know they have a lot of alcohol bottles in there so I'll go in there and check it out. The owner was so absolutely amazing. We bought two bottles instead of one. I was super happy with the service this business runs forward because of this amazing guy. Second bottle with a busted seal. That's unacceptable. Not isolated to me either. I've spent a lot of money at this store but no more.

This how they package your bottles and they will not honor your purchase. Bottle was damaged due to the fact they didn't take the time to put packing materials in the box to protect the bottle. Once they have your money, they careless about you or the item. They refused to replace and it took multiple calls and e-mails, just to get a response. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE FROM DLM!! Buyer Beware!! Spent $1000 on a single bottle of bourbon. The packaging was great, but the bottle had a torn seal at the top when it arrived. So someone at their location knew that when they packaged the bottle. Sent pictures and they offered me a $50 store credit. I asked for $100 which was more than fair especially given the condition it arrived in. No response at all to my email. A week later I saw something I was interested in and told them I would accept the $50 credit and asked how do I apply it to my order. I received NO REPLY. They have good prices overall, but their service is terrible and I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Fake liquor. I brought 12 bottles of Courvoisier cognac and they do not look anything close to the authentic bottle. These bottles has Chinese letters on them. Anyone can get on courvoisier website and contact them to see if courvoisier even has these bottles. Make sure you get what you pay for. I had to paid for shipping fees and returns. Cost me $150 for nothing. The one on the left is fake. read more

Always open great customer service, I always come here when I'm on my break to get puff bars or cigs. They also have a variety of drinks to choose from. My favorite drink is the mango ciroc, I like mixing that with Cran mango and it brings out a really distinguished taste. They have many special offers, and this is a great place to get your drinks from because they don't close early at all. read more

I have ordered online from Don's on several occasions now. They offer a great flat rate on shipping. Sometimes, the flat rate doesn't get applied correctly. All you have to do is email their customer support support@donsliquorsandwine.com and they email you back RIGHT AWAY. They make it right by giving a credit after purchase. I had an item in my cart that went out of stock before I could check out and the support agent Zack immediately contacted the warehouse and got it fixed for me. They ship quickly and I have never had an issue with breakage. I do pay for the shipping insurance also just in case. I HIGHLY recommend Don's for those hard to find liquors you like. read more

This place is horrible! They don't care about their customers especially for doordash customers. A recent customer ordered 6 bottles of alcohol and they gave me no bag!!! I had to carry all by hand risking to breaking a bottle accidentally!!! Apparently doordash customers aren't their priority!! Ive been going to this place for awhile now and it brings back memories from my high school and college days. High school days me and my friends would come here to cash our minimum wage checks.
